This car wash is definitely the WORST in London if it's not the worst in the world. I paid £70 for full valet. There was hardly any evidence of any cleaning. Seats were washed before properly hovering dog hairs. There was lots of mud and dust around the world. There was no evidence the bonnet was opened and cleaned. Yet the manager insisted that the car has been cleaned. He said irrelevant thinks such as he has never seen me before that I won't touch dirty places. While I was showing him around he started to wipe mudy places with a dirty cloth. I finally gave up and gave him his money and took the car home to clean it properly for another 3 hours. SO DISSATISFIED, SO DISSAPOINYING

Charged 20 when it says 12 also missed all grill front underneath and back number plate above it was still dirty but inside was lovely

Poor customer service, and even after reporting my issue to the “manager” it was not dealt with. I will never return to this car wash, it’s a shame as they actually do a decent wash, but I refuse to spend my money with people who treat you as though they are granting you a favour.

Nice guys and do a good job, it can get busy sometimes which means you might queue on the street. It's a pretty popular car wash with many repeat customers like myself.

I went with full detailing what need to be clean and thay couldn't. Do nice work.left me to finish for them when i ask to do it again refuse to do so. If u looking nice work done on car need to find proper vallet cleaner not recommended to sny one even enemy's:)
