Booked for 10 because at Sunday they open at 10. Wanted to be first, because I needed the car to be ready by 11. The guy who approached me when he saw me, first thing to say was “I need the space go there”
I told him I have a booking for 10 and he said “it doesn’t matter we have other cars before you” !! What cars you just opened and I’m first !!! He was rude and obnoxious in general!!
I cancel by booking immediately of course and what now I have to pay 5£ penalty for what??

Fantastic car wash! Have been using for over 10 years.., All friendly and the some of the same original staff! They are reasonable compared to so many in London and always do an amazing clean inside and out! I was shocked to see a couple of 1 star reviews and can only think they have reviewed the wrong car wash.. Of course there is sometimes a wait, which to me says they are very popular!! All my family will continue to use! Many thanks for your years of service.

Make sure your car is empty! Mysteriously lost 3 winter coats that were in the boot of my car when I went to waves last...and got told I was going mad when I enquired about a lost property. It's a shame as the car wash is great, but down over £500 has left a sour taste in my mouth

Swift service! Chose the time and type of wash, and paid by app a couple of days before the service. On they day of the wash everything was done in half an hour while I was shopping at tesco. Washed and cleaned well. No complaints, will go back again.

I have been using Armand and the team for over 12 years know .
I always use to wash and detail my own cars ,then 12 years ago on.a food shopping trip I parked my car not to far from them and it needed cleaning spoke to Armand and said give us 30 mins then come back ,the same detailed service then in 2010 is the same level of service in 2023.
Same staff which says something about the professionalism of his company .I have had numerous high end sports cars and there attention to detail is 1st class same service as a detailing company that would charge you 10 fold.
My fiancee gets her new car she recently purchased cleaned .
The most important thing is the aftercare parking your car in a designated space and always under the watchful eye of his team.
We also bring our work vans there and same level.of service is carried out .
1st class outfit best in London I would highly recommend you try them .

Such an excellent job on my car - I was recommended by my friend whose new Range Rover was very dirty after returning from a trip overseas. She was so pleased with the result that she gave a big tip and recommended them to me. Truthfully reading the style of ‘the bad reviews’, I recognise a pattern, they each appear to be written by the same person.
Perhaps alter theprocess to leave a review! Knowing it's about 45 mins is the key to a happy result.

I have been coming here for over 3 years now, and overall, the guys provide a good service. The detailing of the car seems to be the strength of the team. The waxing and tyre dressing are always done well. On the other hand, washing the exterior of the car, drying certain parts properly, interior cleaning, and cleaning windows inside and out where I was let down consistently. Also, the manager is very defensive and not listening to feedback. I have attached pictures of my Luxury SUV after Platinum bundle.

During the exterior wash they always seem to miss the bottom part of the sides and the inner parts of the alloys. Sometimes, the very middle of the roof top as well.

The front grill and the side mirrors are never dried properly, which leaves limestone circular marks after the water evaporated.

The interior cleaning is very lousy, the chemicals are splashed and not wiped away. Often they don't even wipe down the whole doors just the top.

The windows are often not neatly cleaned with the appropriate amount of cleaning products. This leaves wipe marks across the windshield or panoramic roof and in strong sun, this is blocking the view.

Often, I spend an additional hour dry wipe the car and windows after paying for a Platinum package to correct these missing activities by the team.

However, the team is always polite; they are probably just rushing certain parts of the clean or not checking it.
