FM Hand Car Wash

Generally a positive experience. A large team who appeared hard working and were pleasant throughout.

Opted for a Mini Valet (£24) rather than Inside and Out (£16) - in future I'd go Inside and Out as I don't feel the additional £8 can be justified to wipe down the door panels.

Per photos, the attention to detail wasn't perfect but can't complain given price and speed. We left a purse in the car while it was cleaned and everything was there when we drove off - an encouraging sign of trust! 👍🏻

I had no problem with paying that but the job they did was not worth £10
Left my car dirty, didnt hoover properly. Seats still have marks. All the doors and seals left dirty. Didnt even hoover seats.
Very disappointed with their service.
Never going back to this car wash again.

Inside out washing paid. Outside, very good. Not perfect but very closed. I have to say that I'm picky about the cleanliness of my car.
Inside the car could be better. I found some dirt bits.
However, the price-quality ratio is acceptable.

Wow. Paid for mini valet and wash. I'm not particularly fussy but even by my slack standards this was a poor job. Exterior was okay which is why they got 2 stars and we've used before and had positive experience. I wouldn't go back after today. Basically just doused the inside of the car in polish. It now reeks.

Always top service here. They’re veterans in the game at almost 20 years I believe. Everything seems above board, staff look taken care of, and decent prices to boot.

Bit of a squeeze but good clean and service with a smile and a joke.

Have come here twice now. Would not recommend. First time bird poo was left on, when I bought it up I was told it won’t be able to be taken off. Second time I went there were various dirt marks on the car, I rubbed them off with my thumb and showed the main guy. He said he won’t be able to remove it and that’s the most they can do. I’d say the cleanliness is about 6/10. Definitely not worth the £14 for in and out clean
It wouldn’t be as bad if they took onboard peoples comments and spent a little bit of extra time to complete the clean. Other places I’ve been to are better.

Terrible car wash tried to charge me extra £20 for some McDonald’s chips on the floor and a few crumbs. Don’t be fooled. Cowboys. Go to the one opposite them.
