Marble Arch Car Wash

£15 for outside wash. Cleaned by about 6 guys all at once in 10-12mins. Very quick and was a very good job as my car hadn’t been washed for 6 months. Not sure why people are moaning. Also for London good price. Looks like a lot of negative reviews here are bots as they all uploaded within a 7 day period..

I used this car wash once they charged me a lot of money and I was not happy. I found a new car wash in Kilburn High Road called Mint Auto Wash the best hand car wash I been to much cheaper and better clean. I highly recommend Mint Auto Wash

I am a regular to this car wash and I had enough of such a bad service. It’s absolutely ridiculous after scratching my car’s alloys, then today left the car with stains and dirt all over the body. Charging £28, I always give them a tip so they look after the car but it’s a waste of money.

Since you have responded with “contradiction nonsense”… take my review as a man and fix this business. I came back to you to show you the issues with the seat. The seat was damaged and you said you are sorry.

One of the alloys was damaged due to high water pressure. if you think it’s impossible to scratch then you shouldn’t run a car business.

Quick and efficient. Car now looks cleaner than it has done after visiting other car washes. Also very reasonable and the same price as I have paid outside London. I will definitely be going back there again.

The place was busy when I arrived but with plenty of staff the flow of cars through was steady and consistent. The car went in a mess due to the salt and dirt on the roads at the moment but came out spotless - even the parts I sometime forget and miss myself! It was my first time using this place but I’d definitely use them again when I’m working in London and need the car cleaning. I think the prices are fair for the service you get.

Average car wash, still have some dirt on the car and inside is still dirty but not worth the price. £28 for a PCO car is too much.

Shocked, they don’t even do a contact wash… they snow foam the car then jet it off this does not remove the dirt build up in the paint itself. Then they use the same drying clothes they have used on the previous vehicle to wipe the dirt on the paint from using a non contact method which will create swirls on your paint. They say they detail cars but any detailer will agree this is totally wrong !! Now I have to get a stage 1 polish on my car as it has left it with swirls all over. As mentioned not from London but the price did seem high. I would definitely avoid unless you don’t mind about having swirls on your car.
