Waves Hand Car Wash Formby

Asked for the platinum but told 2 hours so went with the gold for 1 hour but specifically asked for the leather care on the seats twice. Collected 1.5 hrs later and asked again if the seats had been done. Told yes but they didn't charge so obvious they didn't.
Loads of bits missed on the valet and really disappointing as there's not many places in the area so out of options where to take it. Specifially left the glove box open to be cleaned and not even touched. Waste of £30 as going to have to take it somewhere else to get it done properly.

This is the worst £50 I think I've ever spent.
They said 6 men worked on the car, but only 4 were working on cars. That is the last time I use a car wash for the rest of my life.
I hope they gi bust soon, after ripping me off.
I work to hard for my money.
Bad bad bad job, I am possibly not using tescos any more.

Got there for 9am,was first customer. Took well
over an hour and was still dirty inside. Didn't even smell fresh. Way over priced.

This place always does a great job cant fault the place car is alway cleaned to a very high standard the staff are very pleasant

Surprised at some of the reviews I've been a few times and never had an issue and always been really impressed by the quality of the work, my only criticism is sometimes they say an hour and it can run a fair bit over, but I know this is due to them being so busy. I've had the gold and platinum car wash and you can definitely tell the difference with the higher level car wash.

Visit here frequently, friendly service with outstanding outcome, transforming my car can barley recognise it sometimes as it is spotlessly clean. Can become busy as very popular so best timings to come is morning -Tesco is situated in front to do shopping whilst waiting. Staff very trustworthy of car and willing to go beyond to fix any issues especially mechanical. Brought my car previous with scratches and car wash was able to apply materials to reduce/ get rid of them. Very pleased, honestly staff go above and beyond. Wouldn’t go elsewhere, service with a smile and laugh. 5 stars above.

Attended today and found staff, attentive, knowledgeable and spent time on vehicle. Completed in the time slot and was very clean. Free air freshener to boot. Will be returning. Thanks.
