IMO Car Wash

EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE!
I just got my car washed at imo Dartford. It was Wash 1 - no attended wash at all. just sprayed some water to wheels only, then in automatic wash, not washed as done before. No proper wash and no drying at all! But charged 4.50 as usual !

Extremely disappointed with this service and never recommend this place to anyone.

Reasonable price options. Pretty quick in and out. Maybe could improve the drying from the autowash.

They can’t even take the bugs off the front bumper even you spend £73 which I did. Interior cleaning still had marks left on the seats and middle console. Ultra shield wash, the wax drips off leaving stains. They spray chemical on rims before the wash which takes the color out of the rims if not washed off properly. Using dirty brush on windshield and body as if we are driving an army truck covered in mud.

Auto car wash , the auto dry clothes at the end didnt work today , other than that 7quid for outside is cheap compared to the hand car washes for 15quid now days with hose pipe ban. Will be back

Quick and efficient service, I get free car washes from my car insurance so I go here. You just line up they give you a pre-wash then go into the tunnel once your through off you go

Don't bother. Have a dirty car or get it cleaned somewhere else. You will end up with scratches on paintwork, also the rolling road where it pushes you along scratched my alloy wheel all over. Extremely unhappy.

This car wash is AWFUL. This is my first google review and these guys have destroyed my card grille and scratched my paint badly. I will never. I repeat NEVER, go back to IMO Car Wash. Please don’t give these lot any more money, go to a handheld or manual wash station.

Quick efficient service. Auto machine cleans well, for only £5.50 you can't get better. They also do hand valet of you prefer.
