FS Autocare Car Valeting

The car wash is affordable compare to other car wash in Hatfield. Trust me I had tried them all. FS Autocare did a fantastic job, I am a very hard to please customer, I always look for area that is not properly cleaned, and complained, they cleaned it.. it relatively affordable than others.. I will be going there again. They customer service is very good.

It’s as if they change the prices as they go. I have a hatchback and was told £12 even though it was £10 weeks ago. The woman insisted so I drove off, went to Asda, got supplies and did it myself which I will do from now on. Their greed has cost them two vehicles as I will now wash my husbands as well.

Absolutely brilliant job, they are careful to details and get things done fast and with good quality!

They raised their price from 18£ to 25£ for a medium 3 doors hatchback overnight.
Had in and out done in 11 minutes and they didn't clean all areas or dried the car properly like doors on the inside,steering wheel cup holders and dash. The inside of my windshield was cleaner before the wash than after which had smeers and I ended up doing it myself at home.

They were good before but I Highly recommend avoiding it now.

Edit: To respond to the owners reply for this. No, I keep my car clean by going once a week to do the outside and once every 3 weeks will do inside and outside. And no this was almost a year ago when inflation was at a normal rate so the 40% raise overnight wasn't that.
Also you try to justify the price by blaming me and calling my car extra dirty but you didn't say anything about the other problems I mentioned do you? Says a lot.

Probably the worse car wash I’ve ever been to. Wheels are still dirty. Paid for inside and out and inside windows haven’t been done. The car wasn’t even dried off properly. Then told it’s done. Now to find a car wash that will do it properly.

Luckily i stoped them rubbing the microfiber cloth on the car over the dirt. They blame the sun 🌞 but the problem is the poor service they are providing i used they service for long time i will stop this because they really don't care about scratching your car.

One of the best car wash service I’ve been to. I didn't need to wait, they started on my car straight away. I was greeted very politely, very sociable staff members and the owner was very professional and kind. The paid attention to every detail and gave my car back squeaky clean. I was even offered a hot drink as it was a little cold outside. I could not fault them at all. I would definitely come back to get my car washed again !!

Brilliant efficient service, Manager was friendly also let my son and I wait in the office whilst they done the inside.

Car came out excellent after being in a terrible state 😭 will definitely use again and highly recommend to others.
