Great service by the Detailz team cleaning the cars! Always thorough and do a good job, pay for what you get which is good quality. I’ve been 4 times since April.

I would highly recommend to the owner (I presume that’s him who is walking around taking pictures of the more prestigious cars) to treat every customer the same in terms of interacting with them, unfortunately not every customer is a owner of a super car :( however we are still paying customers.

Amazing service and experience as usual. Removed a scratch of my car within 2 mins. Highly recommended if you want your car looking fresh and clean for long.

Great place, professional, informative and polite… i have been meaning to visit Detailz London, however i always thought this place is only for high end cars and that they may not provide me with the same sort of treatment… i was wrong! The staff did not cut any corners.. as i have some knowledge of the Detailing world… i must say i was impressed with the service start to finish! I selected the standard wash with the Gloss finishing package. Also a big thanks to waseem who welcomed me and made me feel comfortable! Will be returning for sure!

These guys are amazing, they were easy to book with, their pricing is transparent and they offer the services they list on their website and price board. elEveryone was super friendly and helpful when I got there and they did an amazing job bringing my filthy car back to life.

The job is so much better than cheaper hand wash venues that it seems worth the extra to me!

I've been here multiple times over the last couple of years and they ALWAYS do a phenomenal job. They always call back promptly if they dont pick up the phone, and always go that extra mile and do extra things to the car. The two owners have a fantastic level of customer service and are very knowledgable.

I've seen a few brainless negative reviews here. Anyone leaving a negative review really needs to get their heads examined. If you're coming here the first time, make sure you check exactly what is included before you start complaining, and if you feel they missed anything then just ask them - they're nice guys they will take care of it.

Services used:

- Scratch removal (They charged me less than they originally quoted)
- Protection wash (They polished out the Bird etching on the spot, complimentary)
- Maintenance wash
- Interior valet on carpets (I didn't pay for the seats and they still did the seats for me, plus extra bits I asked for, complimentary)
- Glass protection (Did an extra coat, and also washed the car, complimentary)

For anyone who regularly goes to a £5 car wash and wants a glossy finish on the interior, this is not the place for you. And if you leave a negative review because your car has not been featured on their social media then you need to get a life.

For anyone who cares about their paintwork and wants a safe wash with care and skill, great customer service without cutting corners, then this is the place to go. There is a reason why they take a minimum of 45-mins just to wash the exterior of the car.

I opted for the ceramic maintenance car wash and was very pleased with the result. The team that worked on my car were hard working and had an attention to detail. I'll definitely be bringing my car back 👍

I have been using Detailz for many years now. There is no better place to take your car to be looked after. The attention to detail from start to finish is amazing. Treat you like family I’m soo happy they have added PPF / Window Tinting and other services to their maintenance car washing and other detailing work to the long list of things they do to get your vehicle exactly how you want it.

Highly recommend using this company, very fairly priced, 10/10.
