Did not leather down because it was raining. Car is now smeary and windows are blurry. Staff obviously need to be educated on the benefits of the leather finish. Looks like I'll have to find another car wash.

Took my car there yesterday, x1 sport dust caps taken, fortunately they couldn't get the 4th off so didn't get the full set, but really annoying, been going there for a long time, but wouldn't return, so they have lost 2 regular customers

I got completely ripped off chose a 20 quid package only to find the corners were untouched, front glass had smears, the trunk still had cobwebs.... Never to go again nor recommend
