Whetstone Hand Car Wash & Full Valet, Ltd

Went there to get my motorcycle cleaned. I asked them before doing it if they do wash motorcycles, they said yes of course. So I brought my bike, they applied an abrasive product that literally ruined my bike. As you can see on the pictures, it left marks on my aluminium frame that I can’t remove. And completely removed the paint on the triumph Logo. Plus removed paint on forks, will add pictures later for that too. My bike is worth £9K and I was about to sell it. Now it’s ruined ! I’m gonna be suing this company. AVOID AT ALL COST.

Decent car wash. A bit tight for space but the staff do their best to keep the cars in order. Could do with more signage so people know how to que without seeming to push in front of others. This is the only reason I have not given 5 stars. Happy with service overall and and happy to return.

Tight entrance and overpriced. When getting my car cleaned they tried to charge me more than the board stated but when I pointed it out to them they changed and did the fixed price on the board. Be wary when using this car wash.

Excellent service - I paid £10 for an outside wash for my small car (larger cars pay more) without interior valet. The staff were polite and professional, and the results were great. The space in which to drive through and turn around feels a bit tight, although there's actually plenty of room.

Very poor, cleaning inside and out
Flies embodied still on the windscreen and front of the car, initial wash wasn’t done efficiently so therefor tried to clean off with polish after dried on, mats weren’t even removed to hoover the inside.
Alloys only cleaned on the face, inside still filthy.
Difficult to get in and out of with queuing cars.
Definitely wouldn’t recommend unless you catch them on a slow day that they may pay more attention to the cleaning.
You cannot stand there and argue about it because all you do is inconvenience everyone behind you queuing up

Not bad for a hand car wash. Quick and a good job done.

Average clean, was rushed. Poor customer service. Tried to charge £50 for a car wash just because there was a small amount of vomit (from daughters travel sickness) in the back seat - other car washing companies have dealt with this better. Won’t be returning.

Good car wash overall. I took my car there when it was extremely dirty. I got the exterior wash only. Some parts were missed such as car skirts and front bumper skirts. However overall satisfactory clean.
