DAMAGE CAUSED BY CARELESS JET WASHING [7/2/18].
See photos for the paint damage that resulted from a small existing stone chip on the front wing. The pressure washers are set way more powerfully than any of the other local car washes and the guys really went to town.
The manager (who eventually gave up the name Mark Vukaj, but claimed to have no business details, contact address/numbers, or insurance) was cheerfully unapologetic and refused to entertain any notion of fault. Said he wouldn't charge for the wash, but "these things will happen with poor quality paint jobs!"
Uninsured, unprofessional and as a bonus he may just challenge you to try your luck in court. Use these cowboys at your own risk.

Avoid this car wash if you can. Their jet washer removed the factory paint from two of my wheels (2013 Audi). When I complained to the manager (Mark Vukaj), he gave me the fake name 'Mark Marco', told me "the water was to blame" and that it was not their fault. If I wanted compensation, then I should to take them to court.

I would recommend that you avoid this place, it is expensive (£15 for inside and out clean) and the jet washers are set to a very high pressure.

There are no circumstances under which I could recommend this business.

Got my Ford Bmax cleaned here today inside and out £17.00 is what I have previously paid. They done a awful job and when come to paying he said it was £25.00 I told the owner I paid £17.00 before but he said it is now £25.00. I got home and called the company to ask how much for a Ford bmax to get cleaned which is not classed as a 4x4 and he said £17.00 I told him he overcharged me earlier and he just decided to hang up. It's ashame some people are so greedy these days and not bothered about good customer service. Would never use this awful place again!

A good job and well worth the wait. All parts of the car washed , rinsed and dried. No smears on body or Windows ! Now my regular car wash

I was in a rush and decided to use this place for the first and last time! Tried to charge me £25 for a mini valet even though the sign said 20, rushed through did a really poor job which I then had to finish myself. There’s a much better one in Catford that charges £18 for a professional finish on your vehicle. Wouldn’t recommend at all

They just want your money. Asked for interior & exterior wash, gave the car back with dust still on my dashboard. They don’t do a good job at all. Been here a few times and on all occasions it was a bad experience. Save ur money and go somewhere else

I've been bringing my cars here to get cleaned for years now.. and still continue to do so... yes the prices have gone up as does everything else with inflation and now even more so due to covid etc etc but that being said you get what you pay for... so the price for a standard car is now £17, but the Owner has an eye for anything that is not right and will quickly tell one of his workers to rectify it immediately, if you have a coffee spill in side or a stubborn stain that needs removing inform him a it'll be gone simple as that... hardworkers, genuine Owner. 10/10

If only I could give these guys zero stars. Worst car wash I've ever experienced. The job was rushed because it was clear they cared more about quantity than quality. Get as many through the door as possible at their over inflated prices. Luckily for them, they are well located so they will continue to claim more unsuspecting customers unfortunately. If you're lucky enough to see this review before going, save your time and money!
