IMO Car Wash

Really bad. wheels are still so bad and service was okay as best. Used to be a great place to go I will be looking for somewhere better

Excellent value car wash and by far the best around. The guys who attend it pay so much attention to detail and the car wash itself, not using regular brushes but microfiber instead won't scratch or damage to paintwork.

I drove my van into the car wash and the assistant lined me up to go on the conveyer to go through the car wash, so I did this and then for some reason it would not move, I had followed all of the instructions, my van began to vibrate quite badly, I wound down my window and shouted for the assistant, it took him a while to come over, I was the only vehicle there, I am not sure what he did but it began to move again, as I drove out the van did not feel right by the time I got it home. The following morning, I found that there was a vibration when I was turning corners or reversing. I immediately took it to the local garage and after an inspection I was told it requires a new drive shaft which is going to cost me over three hundred pounds. I have tried calling the car wash, but no one answers the phone. Sadly, I also did not get a receipt they just take the money and put it in trays. So be careful using this carwash, I will never go back there again.

Literally the worst. Doesn’t matter if you get the cheapest or most expensive wash, your car will always come out the same. Still dirty and soaking wet. The dirt is not removed and water droplets all over your windows, by the time you get home, your car looks like it’s been rained on so why bother washing it in the first place. Then droplets dry on all your windows and you have to clean all windows when you get home. EVERY TIME. I’ve used this car wash so many times because it’s on the way so conveniently located so I’ve given it enough chances, this is not a one-off mistake. They are also so incredibly rude
Is beyond belief. The way they speak to costumers is disgusting, and with zero provocation, it’s just the way they treat costumers. They never want to do valets, well stop advertising them! It’s like they’re doing you a favour every time you go and not like you’re a paying costumer. AVOID THIS PLACE. If you don’t care how you’re treated, I’m sure you care about your car looking at least a little bit cleaner when you go to a car wash. I can assure you, it won’t.

Had the £13.50 ultimate wash, adequate but certainly not brilliant. Would I use them again?. No! The pre wash wasn’t good might as well stick to a supermarket or hand wash. With the set up of the car wash and pre wash, you would think it would be brilliant. So it’s obviously the pre washing that is letting the business down

I have had my car cleaned here for a few years, and the staff are very helpful and friendly. The prices and quality are amazing and I always drive out of the place feeling that I am driving a new car, even though it’s 14 years old.

The automatic car wash machine is the same type that I used to wash my car in when I lived in Germany and it is of the highest quality. The guys always jetwash your car before you enter the automatic wash. I have never had any scratches on the paintwork at all – the machine’s brushes are of the best quality.

My daughter just passed her driving test and we bought her a cheap used car. We were both disappointed with the filthy dog smell and all the mud inside it. After driving in it for a few minutes, I couldn’t stop coughing. It smellt like it was used by the mob for an execution (like in Goodfellas). So we just drove the car over to IMO Car Wash and showed it to the friendly staff there. In the back of my mind, I thought nothing could ever clean up such a mess, but they said they had seen much worse. We asked for the full valet service and left the car with them for a few hours. When we went to pick it up, it was like new and the filthy rotting smell was gone. We couldn’t stop smiling. They had done their very best for us, and now my daughter will also have her car washed here. They are professionals and the best around. Give them a try.

Update November 2021
I had my old blue Honda “mini valeted” here. They worked so hard on cleaning it inside and out and for a very reasonable price. I tried to offer more money, but they would not take it. The thing is, when driving away, it felt and smelt like a new car being driven out of the showroom. They're great!

For £7 triple wash still missed bird droppings on car roof

I paid for the most expensive wash nearly 20 quid or somthing like that I go through once there's still so much dirt and everything all over my car I noticed this because at the end I got out and checked, after that I go back around and explain that my car is still filthy he spoke to me in a rudly toned voice and put me through the wash again for free but on the very cheapest one wich still didn't clean my car ,at this point I was quite frustrated so I just drove of not a good service!
