I ride a motorbike. They were more than happy to take my money when I bought a block of 5 washes, but now every time I arrive (to use one of my 5 washes) I am treated like a second rate citizen. I paid the same price as a car does but I am ignored for around 10 minutes and then told to park down the side. Then 2 or 3 cars (who arrive after me) will go through the wash before they are eventually forced to do my bike. Today is the last of my 5 vouchers, I won't ever use this place again.

My new favourite they seem to take care over the wash and the car, no watches on their wrists etc which could cause deep scratches... keep it up! Logical risking system and multi part wash.

Went on a Saturday morning, was the one car being cleaned, charged 15 pounds for a small polo and I had to go home and hoover it myself again and the water marks were all over the car. What a total waste of money and time, my 5 year old can do a better job! I had gone there before but this was the last time. Avoid and go to Tesco or Asda on OKR not only a better job but half the price.

Yeah I wouldn't recommend taking your vehicle here mate when I parked up an took a look loads of spots missed and the worst thing of all miniature scratch marks all over the vehicle in circular motion so yeah thanks a lot that's going to be an expensive fix avoid this place

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Terrible service all around, first of all they start the job without telling you price and then try charge extortionate rates. They refer to any car bigger than a VW Polo a 4x4 so they can charge the higher rate. Then the job was so bad I spent a further 1 hour fixing the terrible finish on the car. Lots of water spot marks and the interior was not even done. There are plenty of other car washes around so go to one of those who provide a better service for a better price. Just go old Kent road instead.

Not a good job very disappointed should’ve looked before I left but drove straight home my Grill is still filthy not even been touched lots of dirt still round The taxi. Will take it back later today see what they say But if you’re using this car wash definitely check before you leave😩

Went for the mini valet for £30 which seemed on the expensive side compared to other car washed for a similar service bundle. At the car wash they looked like were being thorough but when I got home you could see they were a bit lax on wiping things down. Lots of water streaks on the side of the vehicle and they didn’t even bother cleaning the roof.
