Edgware Hand Car Wash

Very rude. The minute i drove in, the guy let everyone in front of me and at the end forgot about my car. I had to wait there for 30 minutes then when i complained about this, the staff were not happy, quickly washed my car with the inside still not clean, i had to tell him to clean it again as he wasnt bothered. One thing i have realised about these places, they just want to wash and let u go they dont care about putting time and effort into it, making sure its all clean. They just think to themselves okay next customer (money). It shouldnt be like this at all. You need to put the customers needs first so they are satisfied.

they scratched the paint really bad and didnt even tell me about it, I had to see for myself a huge chunk of paint missing when I was fuelling afterwards, terrible service do not go there

Drove up for a in and out 'silver service'... One below special. Special £25 so assumed silver less but Jo price for silver listed.

They finished up with a mediocre clean and asked for £25-special service price. I noted they hadn't hand polished so were asking for the special service amount but without the full service.

Advised staff I only had £20 cash. Don't take card. He told me to get cash from cash point but I didn't have a card.

Allegeed 'boss' came out. I advised him its not OK to not advertise prices and charge me cost of another service not listed. He said he agreed but they don't write prices and keep increasing their prices!!!

He made me pay via BACS to a PERSONAL bank account while he watched!! All cash in hand! Likely tax evading business with cash only transactions.

Didn't give me a air freshener so I asked and was given on open air freshener!

I defo would not be back! Extortionate! False pricing! Tax evading!

The staff work very hard in general

Have always used this car wash never had any problem they do a good job cleaning! but on my last visit they suddenly charged me £28 when normally it doesn't go above £20. It is not about the money it is about the honesty if you have clearly advertised the incorrect price at least make people aware of it.

The men do a thorough job and get on with it quite quickly. Didnt have to wait long before the process started and it was on a weekend.
At the end, the person who took the payment asked for more than what was stated on the pricing board. So the place seems to lack basic integrity.

Amazing services, the interior was spotless and so clean. Exterior looked almost brand new again. I will be a returning customer.

Absolutely disgusted by their behaviour, extremely unprofessional , they have no idea of how to wash a car properly and when I complained they said it needs polishing when I could clearly see dirt and grime still on the vehicle. I would never use them again and encourage others to find a different car wash and save yourself some money.

They did a good hands on job of cleaning my car and did everything I would expect and were hard working and thorough. I recommend them if you want a proper car wash!
