My new place for car wash. Cheaper than most places. Car was £15. Most other places now charge £20. But at this place £20 is what I am paying for a min valet. And they are quick. They guys look friendly too. I recommend it

Negatives :
1. They have increased the price recently - not good.
2. Some of the staff members are not customer friendly ..

I had bad experience Today in the Rubber shop. I went there 3 times. Yesterday I went because my car tire was flat and today another tire on my car was flat. But that's not the problem. When I arrived I noticed that a Men who served me and who was always there was drunk. Very drunk, him was try to explain me that he didn't puncture my tire yesterday. He fixed my tire and when I come to pay the service I had no cash, only a card or bank transfer. He told me to leave my drive license to him or my phone to go to withdraw the money 10£. He was very rude with me him start to shout out to me. A very embarrassing situation. Another client arrive and I ask him for £10 cash which I would transfer to him because I wanted to get rid of that very rude drunk man.
He told the customer don't give me the money. But the customer saw the awkward situation I was in and gave me the cash and I transferred the money to him immediately. Very bad experience with the Rubber shop. I don`t recommend to anyone. I went to car wash and I has good experience.

Bought brand new newly refurbished rims with tyres. I came here for a quick change simply take the old one off and new ones off. The guy clearly drunk put 2 rims in the car without securing them with screw and then proceeded to lift the car up which resulted to the rims dropping and scuffing them up. Admitted to dropping one rims but not the other when I clearly heard both drop. The man working there said they we’re already like that when I just bought them. Weirdly the 2 that haven’t dropped look brand new without and scuff or marking. Unbelievable service.

I went in today and asked if they can clean my car just from inside as it was raining, the guy came and looked at my car and said it very dirty but it wasn't and will charge me £20. I said okay no problem. They were all rushing and didn't even bother cleaning it properly. They didn't clean my windscreen even I was watching them as i still saw my dashcam holdering mark on my windscreen, my car door mirrors were left dirty. I will never go there again better cleaning it myself very poor service.

Good car wash place and fast. The staff are very friendly. Prices are a bit high but it is very convenient and the wash is of good quality.

You wait for more the 40 min if your lucky and they don't tell you that so you end up very late for where you need to go, they say it'will be quick which is a lie as I asked them before hand and u end up with half service after 40 min and also late and still charge you even though they wasting your time just for more cash if they tell you they can't manage then atleast you know as they should know because they do it everyday. They don't care for customers time at all.

Terrible wait time….. they have no concept of queue management and once you enter you have to wait at least 45 mins to get your car washed
