Waves Car Wash (Tesco West Durrington Extra)

The worst car wash I paid for in a very very long time! I just paid £35 just for the front window to still be dirty, the inside of the boot has not been wiped down, and to be honest, the whole outside of the car looks like it’s been washed by a ghost! Don’t use these people!

Just paid for 2 cars to be cleaned and supposedly auto glym treated. If your considering this don't bother, in fact I wouldn't even have the car cleaned there. Water marks all over, dirty marks still on the roof and bonnet and there was certainly no treatment put on.
Terrable clean, the worst I have ever experienced from a car cleaning company. Not only a poor job but conned into the extra fee for a coating treatment that was clearly not applied.

£15 for a slap dash job. There was still dirt on the bonnet. I wasn't expecting a show shine finish for 15 quid but at least make some effort. Won't be using them again

I took my car in for a last minute mini valet. I was very happy with the service and it was completed for a fair price. Nice and thorough job and I would recommend them. Thanks again.

The manager/staff was argumentative about my car not being clean and 'too' dirty. I needed an internal and external clean where food got not he back seat, which I had already removed and cleaned but needed something better than what I had at home to finish off. He complained that I didn't disclose this at the beginning when I stated the side of the car needed cleaning and he didn't ask questions. He tried to argue and charge me more when they didn't clean the car properly. After getting the car back, it was not clean. the worse service. strange practise to argue with customers that you didn't say how dirty the car was, when you rush customer, click fingers at them asking for the keys and fail to ask any questions. dont bother going this place.
