Rosemary Hand Car Wash

I had a terrible experience with this car wash place. They washed my car very well the first time, since they didn't have change they didn't give me the balance but said they will adjust in the next wash and when I went for the next time the same staff told me that I will have to wait for more than 2.5 hours in a very rude manner because there were two cars ahead of me. I don't know how it will take 2.5 hours to wash two cars. Since I was in a rush I asked him to give my money back, he said he remember that he owes me money but he do not have any money with him. His behaviour was quite rough and implied that he do not want to do it as the payment was already made.
On the whole their customer service was appalling. The way the staff speak to the customer is terrible. I will never recommend this place for anyone.

Car wash is now under new management please try them out and if there's a problem with what they do please co.e and see me.im always on site for any advise about car care.thanks.

Very thorough cleaning, leaving your car sparkling clean.

Perfect, my car left cleaner than it did from the dealership. They also warned me to check my tyre pressure at the garage which was above and beyond good service.

The best place in town. I tried a lot of hand car wash places, but for the last year and half, this is the only place where I take my car. The prices went a bit high,not a lot, but for the services, I am sure it deserves. Totally recommend

My car 🚗 was looking so new when it finished wash the car was very dirty and the tyre ring badly dirty. But now I 'm smiling 😃😊a lots. Good job done 👏👍👌.XOXO
