Magic Hand Car Wash Addlestone

If you want a thorough car clean, then look elsewhere as they really don’t take much pride in their work. To be fair, if your car just needs a quick clean and you are in a rush, it might suit you. But as I paid for the ‘Gold’ standard wash, I was disappointed that it only took 5 minutes and left me needing to do extra cleaning to get it up to standard.

A bunch of scammers. They announce a table chart and then they ask you for more money saying that the prices are "wrong". Additionally, I´m pretty sure they are illegally operating in a private road as people is trying to park their cars in their houses.

Not recommended. Run away!

My first excellent experience with a car wash. Dedicated and professional, high attention to the smallest detail, friendly staff is what makes them stand out from the rest. I highly recommend them.

Bunch of crooks running car wash at the back of flats in private car park and have illegally blocked off the lane at the back which used to be public drive through. Get a decent place to operate a business.

I used this carwash for about 2 years and I am very happy with the service, they do a very good job and they are so kind with the customers I highly recomend this carwash

SCAM!!
The prices are shown in a board but when it´s time to pay they ask you for more money "sorry, the board is wrong". I recommend this place if you want to be properly scammed.

Rip off!!! Staff are rude and unprofessional. I asked them how much it would be to clean and polish, they gave me price which I agreed to, I left the card with them. On my return they had not polished the car saying they did not have enough time which is totally unacceptable and said to come back in 40 min. I paid them and left. When I returned they changed their story saying it’s another £30 to polish the car and said I should of spoke to the boss not the employee. They are very rude and do not listen what so ever. They over charge for a standard clean inside and out!!! They done even clean the car throughly!!
