IMO Car Wash

Good experience. Received a year's worth of car washes when renewing an insurance policy so was a bit wary using them. They spent considerable time cleaning under the wheel arches, which were really caked in mud from the daily winter trips to the stables. Have no hesitation using them for cleaning the cars from now on.

I have used this branch for many years and was so disappointed with the service I got last Sunday.I paid £13 and my wheels were still dirty afterwards windows dirty inside, all interior still dirty when I questioned the very rude staff as to why they were returning my car still so dirty they shrugged their shoulders and told me that is the quality of the work with an express valet ! I could have paid £15 and visited the excellent on on Milton road in Swanscombe and in future I will .My car was pristine unlike the work here by lazy rude staff .

It's second time when I went therewas asked to pay £2/- on one occasion and £6/- on second occasion - reduced to £2/- (as ongoing offer according to rude staff member), on top of what ultra HD wash is (£13/-). When asked where the price list is mentioning these extra charges, he said OK I will charge £13/- only this time. And again car came out of wash not dried properly.
Had been to dartford branch with my other car, every thing was good and no extra charges demanded.
When asked to scan app, the rude staff said he don't know how to do that. Not recommended as poor service with extra charge

Reasonable value car wash but the rinsing water was filthy, so take a cloth or chamois with you to use afterwards or the marks left when runs and spots dry will be very noticeable.

Don't bother. Paid £15 for full works and the exterior looked no better coming out. Was told if I wanted the water marks off I'd have to polish it.

You can pay the top price for Ultra HD
its will doesn't make any sense at all
The car going too fast through so after your car still remains dirty check out your rear window

Used to be good. The hand pre wash used to be thorough but now a cursory wipe over. They scratched my rear bumper with their pre wash brushes, and recently the car comes out still dirty, the lower half of the car was no different than when before it was washed. Not sure why I bothered going back.

Customer service excellent. My monthly car wash thorough right down to wheel trims; part manual, part car wash machine. Courteous and extremely hard working staff. Never long wait times. Valeting as Extra and facilities have pay as you go car vacuum.
