Exeter IMO Car Wash

Good value car wash, options starting at £3.30, which is one of the cheapest in the area, and always gives a clean of a good standard. Plenty of more expensive wash options but dont feel you gain much by going for the more expensive washes which claim polymer paint protection etc. Any with attended pre wash are good, which start at £4.00. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Got a wash a month free with my insurance. We tend to be in Exeter a few times a month and is quick and reliable. Even the dog is relaxed through the machine.

Good service from the staff. Nice and quick. For the price the triple foam wash is not worth it. The machine missed half the car and it wasn't that dirty. I'll stick to the self service at Karcher or Tesco half the price and a much better finish.

As far as automatic car washes go this is the best by far. You’ll get a little pre-wash before to go into the wash tunnel for a good scrub up. Slightly more expensive that your regular petrol station job but a lot better clean. Can be busy at times but this just shows how good they are.

We just had our car cleaned and it looks better than ever. I highly recommend the valet service. They were professional and very kind! We'll definitely return and tell our friends.

Friendly service from the staff, very simple process to go through the wash. I paid for a middle of the road service for about 8 pounds but then noticed the attendant didn't change anything on the automatic cleaning machine and the machine displayed signs suggesting it was running the most expensive package, which begs the question of why they offer more expensive packages if everyone just gets the same wash? I'd feel quite cheated if I'd paid for the full package!

After the wash I arrived home to find a number of areas of the car were still filthy, mostly just above the rear numberplate. But otherwise the rest of the car was sparkling and looked very glossy.

Absolutely disgusted with IMO, I will never use it again unless it changes management or they sort their employees out. Took the car today to get washed. There was a sign that said cash only, so I only had a £5 note on me that was fine, so that meant a wash 1 so pre hand wash and wheels wash. When the guy came to the window, i told him wash one, please £5. To have him turn around and say if you want soap, it's an extra £5 i said you're joking . He said if you want foam and a pre wash brush, it's £10 I said I have no more cash on me, and it states there for £5 pre attended wash and wheel wash he just said fine. Got there to have a quick jet wash that was pretty pointless, and they usually brush the back of the car, but no, that was classed as extra. The car was Averagely clean, but I feel now I won't be back. I have always used this car wash, but not nomore, and I will be deleting the loyalty app as well !!!

Very thorough job. Feels a bit odd being conveyed through the system hands free but it works well. Discount price for AA members.
