This is a very good car wash service. Asked them to clean up a car that had been sat for 8 mths and was a bit green. Of which i was very satified with the result. They will go all out to make your experience a good one. Well done

Quick and friendly and managed to keep most of the water out of the car :-)

£12 medium car exterior wash, paid extra £3 for wheel clean inside and out. Shouldn’t have bothered as wheels were still dirty.
Don’t upsell something that you don’t do correctly.
The rest of the car was clean and the staff were polite and pleasant.

Absolutely shocking service they scratched my car display screen then tried denying it was them the manager has some serious attitude. I strongly recommend you use a different car wash.

Had a mishap with the car interior being flooded. (Sunshine roof) Shiny Hands were able to vacuum the interior dry.

Excellent service. I was down for a funeral and needed an external wash and wax only. The manager/owner obliged with a one off package at a very reasonable price. Quality of finish was immaculate. Thoroughly recommend this outlet.

After having my car valeted, I drove it away to notice that a number of scratches (both internally and externally) had been caused on my front and rear windscreens. I was really shocked and upset at how many scratches there were. The people at the car wash are 100% responsible for causing these scratches as I never had them before going to the car wash today - I am absolutely certain of that. I returned to the car wash and was told that there was no way that they had caused these scratches. I spoke to the manager down there who was very defensive and said that I must have caused these scratches myself, which is absolutely not the case. I was basically made to feel like I was lying. I will never be using this car wash again and would certainly not recommend anybody does.
