Took my car for a full valet as had mould growing in all seats due to lack of use this year.

Let the car minging and got it back sparkling with no mould. Win win

I was at this car wash on Saturday evening. Instead of telling me to come back the following day that they were almost closing for the day, the didn't. so they carried on to wash my car. I paid for a complete service even before the start of the wash. How disappointed I was. It took them less than 5 minutes to do a full valeting. the rush was pathetic! I had to remind them to shine up the tires, back seat was filled with dusts. Soapy water left on mirrors. windscreen still dirty. I won't use them again

I like the speed of the process. but the clean wasn't great because I had streaks left on.my windows. But the whole thing was so quick. I was impressed

As you can see from my before and after shots, the job they did. I was happy and not so happy with the service.
Happy because they cleaned the car, looks good. Not so happy because few dirts were still around the car.
For an example where the Hand Brake is located, deep along the seat, few dirts are there. I guess their hover couldn't get to that spot!?

I ordered for Special Clean which is priced £14, for both cleaning inside and outside as well as Dashboard polishing.
You have other service Small £6, Medium £12 and Special £14.
Med and Special service are identical, but however Special gives you dashboard polishing.

My car was absolutely dirty and I needed a spot clean job. I didn't get it spot clean, I guess one needs to pay more to have it spot clean.
Staff were nice, friendly and polite.

People not happy with this service should understand what they are paying for. If they want a spot clean car wash, they need to go to other services that charge more. The washing was very fast which is good but has a down side. Good Fast because you can be on your way in no time. Bad because, fast rush job will make them miss dirty spots:/

I got a Stamp voucher, so each time I return I get stamps and I can get a free wash. Also free fragrance (as expected).
With the price, I was about to visit Euro Wash, but i saw this and wanted to give it a go. The price is quite cheap.

I will try out other car wash and see their price and services, if not happy with them. I will come back to this car wash.

OVERPRICED & HORRIBLY unprofessional staff! Especially the manager who was rude, condescending, mocking and overall unprofessional - even before the wash started. Vehicle was then only partially (and unsatisfactorily!) cleaned with bug-splatter spots still all over the bonnet and front of vehicle . Worse part was - their so-called manager (Eastern European guy with beard) gets even incredibly ruder, testy and barkingly aggressive when told clean the leftover spots. Then refuses to hand over my change (claiming has no pound coins left) and became extremely argumentative ! Had to stand my ground for over 5 minutes , wasting my time, and finally he miraculously came up with the change. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!

Clear wash car good money go up not too bad, today my car Charlton car wash waiting time not staff people half very poor down little bit car wash clean not happy!!!!!
