Hand Car Wash - Caterham

Overpriced and poor. Took my mid sized SUV in for a wash today cost £18 (outside only) it was the worst car wash Ive had. Wipers left dirty, streaks everywhere and a small amount of bird poo was left on the bumper, Ive just removed with some hot water. Would have been nice if some tyre shine was applied but 👎 oh and they're rude. My advice is to avoid these rip-off merchants.

So it is the first time using this place, I can't stress enough how hard it is to find a good car wash as you want your car to sparkle..

I tried this place today as Mt car was absolutely filthy I usually let it get dirty then bring it to a car wash to test how good they do.. I take pictures of when it's dirty and then pictures of what it is like afterwards.

The place honestly took their time with my car and did a brilliant job insite and out, they really cleaned the rims properly and the whole car so I can't really complain to much.

The only complaint I have is just below my car mirrors on each side there is dirty strains of dripped water which was cleaned away, I can easily do that so not a problem, I would tell everyone walk around your car and check it doesn't matter what they say your paying for a service and you deserve the right service.

I will give these guys 5 stars out of 5 because they really brought my cer back to life so brilliant job everyone, it also wasn't busy just me and another car so that's maybe why it was super clean.

I will test it when they are super busy next time to see if I get the same service.

Efficient and quick, a good job and we'll finished. I only had the outside done of the car, its a small van and it was quite dirty with a lot of bird droppings on the bonnet and windscreen which had been caked on and baked into the metal. Yet they were able to clear it all well and the car sparkled like it had been cleaned by unicorns. The reason I dropped a star is because I felt the price was a bit much, £20 for outside only. But worth it I think. If you want your vehicle to shine like only Rainbow Dash, Twilight and Sparkle could do then visit here.

They act as though you're putting them out by taking your car there. The attitude of the staff is to ridicule you in whatever language they're speaking, then inflate the price based on your ethnicity, the highest levels for the darker you are!
They stuck something disgusting in the car on my last visit, which still stinks 5weeks later!

Worse car wash ever!!!
I have a small suv and when I entered they said £25. When it was finished they said it was £35. The staff were incredibly rude and dismissive and when I complained about it, they were chatting amongst themselves in their own language. Complete rip off, rushed through and not good value for money (south Croydon does car washes for £23 inside and out) do not use!!

My husband took my car to be cleaned and at first I thought it was ok but the wheels were still dirty, but when I looked inside my personal belongings had been removed. A pair of earrings and a gift card have been taken from the car and to be honest I’m pretty annoyed. Other sentimental things were in the car which have disappeared too. Now I know they hoovered it but still do you not just move stuff and put it back. I did not know it was being taken to be cleaned otherwise I would have removed the items but I don’t think that’s the point. I will not go there again.

Boys anf Girls. These Hand Wash places are in plentiful supply and all over the Country. They all operate in pretty well the same Manor, but these guy's (as I guess most of them do) do a Good Job with exceptional effeciency and your vehicle will come out looking like a Showroom Vehicle Inside and Out.
These guys are working to live and just get on with it.

Very good work and detail to attention. Not cheap but made my car look like new
