Waves Hand Car Wash Cheshunt

Excellent wash, the attention to detail was superb, and they left the car smelling great. Worth every penny and highly recommend this hand car wash.

DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH. TERRIBLE JOB AND CHIPPED THE PAINT ON THE CAR.
Was surprised by the £25 cost when arrived. This is very high so expected good service.
Came back to find the car was badly cleaned outside. Streaks all over it, areas that had hardly been touched - clearly a rushed job. The woman handling the jobs didn’t care, and was frankly rude.
Returned home to see they’ve chipped paint off the bonnet where there were bird droppings.
Anyone who knows how to clean a car knows you remove this carefully. They don’t know how to clean cars properly and didn’t clean it carefully. So I now have chipped paint.
Terrible service, caused damage to the paint job and overcharged.
Never use this car wash.

Paid 25 quid for a ford Ka inside and out picked the car up they left the radio on so was pleased when it actually started and the battery wasn't dead. didn't notice till I got home (5 mins down the road) that it hasn't been washed properly all sticky stuff over the front light's water marks all over the car and brown marks all over the bonnet. For 25 pound I expected better won't be using them again

I had my car done on the 21st was surprised how quick it was and stood watching as my partners car had broken down in the area as well. On inspection getting home I noticed what I thought that hardly any vacuuming had been done I have pictures to prove it as I’m quite shocked for £25 there were other areas not cleaned inside the car that I actually had to do it myself. The outside was not leathered off properly either and had a lot of unbuffed water marks all over the bonnet and doors not at all impressed I await your response?

I’m yet to find somewhere else that leaves my car as clean as these guys! Always friendly and some of the best prices around. There’s quite often a wait, but doesn’t that just show how good they are?!

Car was washed but still dirty, when I questioned the attendant, he told me to leave then starting swearing at me because I said a bad job was done. Disgusting service

Let me say , this is probably the best car wash I have been using up till now, the guys went over the top in all the process of cleaning, in and out. Great team work and no short cut, Edward the guy in charge is always friendly and professional and all the team is behind him. I strongly advice this place. Well done guys And thank you

My estate car had been used as a skip and for transporting building materials - it had not been cleaned for a 6 months. The cleaning team took 45 mins to complete the job whilst I went shopping. I did not install the 'app' that can be seen online, as it wanted too much information from me, but I simply turned up.
The car was pretty much perfect. Thank you.
