LTVC Hand Car Wash & Valeting Centre

Initially I had a great experience with this car valet service, unfortunately like many things in the service provider world, the first impression was the best one.

I attended recently to have my car fully valeted on the "option 4" which on the initial visit took around 20 minutes to complete due to the utmost care and attention used and the presence of the owner/manager on site.

My visit today was around half that time and so poorly undertaken that I've had to come home and redo elements of the process as the workmanship without the manager and with new staff was not up to the previous standard.

I have also noticed that whatever chemicals they've used on my leather interior have irreparably damaged it by the effectively melting the finish, with a picture attached to illustrate this.

The snow foam system seems to work based on the research conducted on YouTube, unfortunately implementation was not up standard and as such I will not be using this company to clean the interior of my car any longer.

Visited this car wash today for the first time after being recommended by a friend. They did a fantastic job, my car looks brand new!
The staff were friendly and took pride in their jobs.
Will definitely be back again as a new regular customer.

I've used this car wash a couple of times now and it's always been straightforward and the prices are clear and pretty reasonable for central London. Good thorough wash and the staff seemed to know exactly what they were doing. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Tried this place out over the weekend. My car was fairly dirty and when they were done there was none of the usual missed bits around the side skirts and wheels that you normally end up with from these places. Staff came across quite friendly and helpful. Overall, very pleased and happy to recommend.

I normally take the car to them from SE6 just to wash it outside and then I tried the full valet service.
I am shocked on how well it has been cleaned! It really looks brand new and the car is quiet old!!

Fantastic car wash including water, spray foam, sponge clean, rinse, dry and window polish (that’s the basic wash!!) great job from a great team! Thanks and glad to have found a regular place to clean my new car!
