Wharfside Car Services

Well I must say my opinion has dropped and I won’t be going back! I checked my car after a platinum wash and the arches are dirty, my front splitter hasn’t even been cleaned and there are water stains on the bonnet.

I have car wash businesses near me, but I specifically drive 45 minutes just to get my car washed and polished at Wharfside.

Got my old dirty car washed and polished today and it's gleaming like new, inside and out. So many compliments from others on how amazing the car looks.

Shout out to Colin, Mary and Kelly in particular for always understanding what the customer wants and for service with a smile.

Colin and kelly the team are excellent at what they do and they stood the test of time still being in Canary Wharf. Genuinely happy with the. Results time and time again as for me, they are East London's premier Carwash and always will be. Keep up the great work guys

Completely unprofessional. Used their paintless dent removal service and was left with wavy lines and ripples that required a complete respray of the panel. And if that's not bad enough, their technician DRILLED A HOLE into my vehicle's wheelarch to gain access and push out the dent! DID NOT INFORM ME ABOUT THIS, AND DID NOT PATCH THE HOLE. I ONLY BECAME AWARE OF THIS AFTER I WENT TO ANOTHER DENT REMOVAL COMPANY TO RECTIFY THEIR WORK! I will be taking the matter through trading standards.

EDIT: Not a “drilled” hole, but more of a puncture caused by some road debris? LOL!! The felt lining seen in the pictures is COMPLETELY intact! And the hole just so happens to be on the underside of the vehicle directly opposite to where the tiny dent was?! What a bizarre and desperate reply! I bought this vehicle WITHOUT the dent in question! 🤣🤣🤣 I would urge all who have ever used the dent repair service, to check their vehicle for holes!

Wharfside are the gold standard when it comes to services they offer. I’ve used them regularly for detailing as well and alloy refurbishments, and other body work. Turn around time is super fast, the work is A-1 and the costs are low. The people are lovely and take time to get to know you personally so that they can tailor the experience to you.

Had two dents on the car , one on the roof and another on the door sill,both in prominent locations.
Collin was honest in his initial inspection.Quoted fairly.
Chuffed with the repair job,both dents are completely and utterly gone, totally amazed.
i would highly recommend and would not consider looking elsewhere.

The staff team are always friendly and approachable, no matter how busy they are , and the results of my car after I have left it in their capable hands, for whatever I require to be done to it, is always First class.
