Mayford Car Wash

Avoid this car wash, unless you want your car being scatched by filthy sponges. They don't soak the car properly or allow the dirt to melt down, instead they rub that dirt all over the car paint.
Paid 10£ for a 3 minutes wash including the so told "drying".

I have been to this car wash before and I was happy but this time was shocking!
When I asked for no oil to be put on my windscreen (as it can corrode the wiper blades) I was met with anger. We got past this and I asked for an in and out wash.
When I came to pay, the sane man charged me an additional £5 because he decided to add "plastics " to my bill.
I protested and told him I hadn't asked for that, just an in and out wash!
Essentially, I was told not to return and I wasn't planning on it anyway. A 45 minute wait, overcharging and a shoddy attitude means I'll take my business elsewhere!

Staff where friendly to me as the customer but a couple of the blokes did not seem to be getting on and where arguing. The black tyre dressing to shine the tyres only lasted 48hrs having driven 10 miles.

We have been customers of this car wash for a few months now but we are never going back again! Poor cleaning and horrible customer service!

Been using this car was for about 3-4 months for my work car which I used to get washed 2-3 times a week outside wash only no problem but today I took my personal car in which needed in and out service when they finished they demanded £30 I questioned why so much was told it’s because it’s a 7 seater yes that’s correct but the 2 spare seats are never used they are folded away but regardless they still want £30 other wise wouldn’t get my keys back very rude unprofessional won’t be using them again use to spend upto £30-£40 a week on work car won’t be doing that again there. loss be careful ask for price before your car wash.
