IMO Car Wash

Brilliant staff and very friendly. The person I dealt with advised me on different washes in detail. I chose the full vellet. Top one in the Auto Wash and then hand polish and inside cleaning. 2 of the staff spend a good time to give a real good clean.

I got ripped off. I paid for the full wash and polish and got a lower cost wash. This ha has happened more than once so I will not be using this car wash ever again. I feel like I have been scammed.
When I confronted the workers about it I was told a load of rubbish about the car wash having to be reset. Terrible service.

Received vouchers otherwise wouldnt go back. Been 6 times. Car never cleaned properly, bits missed. Water in car wash stinks of bad egg smell. Windows dont come out grime free. Save your money.

Not sure what water they're using here but my car came out dirtier than it went in! I was only looking to get the dust off but now it smells like sewage and there's grit and small lumps of dirt all over my car. Staff were friendly enough, but hardly makes up for the fact I'll have to wash my car again. Will not be coming back.

THE STAFF ARE NOT VERY FRIENDLY.
THE MACHINE GIVES A GOOD ENOUGH CLEAN.
ONLY USE IT WHEN I AINT GOT TIME TO DO IT MYSELF.

Really impressed with the standard of clean, the interior of my car is immaculate :) I’ve paid 2 - 3 x the price for valets before and not nearly as well finished. Only had the foam wash on the exterior which was fine but will get it waxed etc next time.

Paid for a ultra HD wash and the car came out with smear marks all over it, there was no alloy foam applied to the wheels and I had to go over the car myself after so i won't be using them again
