IMO Car Wash

Usually the guys here are pretty good, I've had my car(s) washed here a load of times. Only downside is if it's a busy day they do not care, will rush you through and literally leave the back of your car dirty. If it's not busy it's good, if it is busy then don't bother. Other reviews also back this up...

Cannot leave a lower review for this pathetic excuse of a car wash. The machine is clearly faulty - rollers getting stuck on peoples cars, staff having to push the cars through which is a huge health and safety issue surely…staff are ridiculously rude. Caused damage to my car and the staff swore at me… I wouldn’t mind but the car was still filthy afterwards!! Would NOT recommend going there, my first and definitely my last!

Paid £25 for valet service and extra £10 for wash
Expected a better clean, rushed to the point where car was not cleaned properly and as you can see by the pictures

First time at using this Branch, normally use the one is colliers Wood, have to say i do prefer this one. Unlike the colliers wood branch this one has dryer jets on the side and top. Drying the cars better resulting in the drying clothes being drier and less greaser and therefore not leaving the screen oily at he end. Quick in and out. Shame its so far from home.

This IMO car wash compared to all others I’ve visited is the worst. As a Taxi driver I use IMO all the time. St Albans London Conley IMO give you the worst service. They don’t do a pre-wash all the time . But if your not a Taxi they will always pre-wash your car and wheels with the jet wash. Please advise IMO. FYI this only happens at London Conley .

Worst car wash I have ever been, I doesn't clean the car and you'll be left with a few scratches

No communication.. very rude staff! I also noticed scratc marks after the wash.
