Hand Car Wash & Valeting

I wouldn't recommend this company my car was still dirty. Just all the dirt smeared over the paintwork. Inside door cards and inner dash not even touched. For the price I would far from recommend this company

Insulting staff, rude and trying to be funny with customers, pushing me around ( back and forth) on an empty car wash(11.30am) and telling me that I'm banned from the car wash because I was complaining to Mr Lorenzo.
Avoid this place if you do not want to be intimidated by boys.

Used to be my favourite car wash in Crawley

I will not be returning again. I went today and the prices have gone up massively, the clean was poor and for the second time I have had items stolen from my car. A while ago some loose change was taken, I let it go but this time two of my trolley pounds have gone. While it’s value is minimal it’s the fact item were stolen from my car. They were under some hand sanitiser and mints, these items were moved and left in the car but the trolley pounds were gone.

I still had dirty on the back of my car when I collected it, I did not have the time to challenge them but I will be seeking an alternative as I do not wish to lose anything else!

Great wash and lots of people on the car and I was pleased would of been 5 stars but seeing as I paid for the 2nd best clean I was a little disappointed with the inside clean on the windows and a few missed spots on the exterior but hasn't put me off going back.
Polite and nice team there.

Was a loyal customer but really poor service of late and very misleading on prices. Really poor attitude. If you like your cars avoid.

Had an in and out they charged me a lot extra just for the inside and they didn’t even bother doing it it’s was that bad that l could’ve done a better job using baby wipe do not use them at all and they do not speak any English

Do not use this please if you like your time and money

Go to these guys once a month when visiting the garden centre. I pay £18 for my SUV to be cleaned inside and out. Good value. Professional. 4* just because sometimes some parts are missed so have to diy when i get back home mainly the grubby alloys. But deffo reccomend if you need car cleaned.
