Waves Hand Car Wash Yiewsley

I’ve been using this car wash for quite a few years but unfortunately it seems to have changed hands and has gone downhill since. After my recent experience I will not be going back.

I left my car with the Waves team while I did some shopping. When I returned I noticed that the mat in the back drivers side was missing. I mentioned it to one of the team and he immediately got very defensive telling me that there had never been a mat in the back of the car. He did do a quick check to see if he could find the mat, which he couldn’t, I then suggested that if he couldn't find it he might like to give a discount on the wash. This was ignored.

At that point I needed to get home as I had frozen food in the boot so I told him to forget it and that I wouldn't be coming back. He had been rude and dismissive of me up to this point but then he got aggressive. I got into my car to leave at which point he started knocking on my window demanding that I came with him to watch the camera they had. I opened my door to talk to him and when I said, no thank you I need to get home, he tried to stop me closing the door. He then left and as I was reversing out of the space he started knocking on the window again which is not appropriate when the car is moving.

I have to say I felt quite threatened by this man by the time I left. His actions and way of speaking got progressively more aggressive thought the interaction.

I can say with absolute certainly that I will never use this place again and will warn others not too as well. I also emailed customer service to explain what happened and over 3 weeks later have had no response.

Worst customer service ever. Rude. Very rude. Never go here to wash your car. They don’t even washed properly. I think they’ve changed management recently. I been washing my car there for past 3 years. Staff they’ve hired now, particularly one person is the rudest person. Maybe he doesn’t know what customer service is. And never leave anything in your car. Not even £0.50p lol. It’ll magically disappear.

Great service and care and result speaks for it self! I would highly recommend Waves in Tesco Yiewsley quality and finish always delights when I get my car washed with these guys.

Had the car washed here a few times and it always comes out looking amazing. They put real effort into their job and the results speak for themselves. Some reviewers here say the people working here are rude but we've only ever had good professional service from them. Would happily recommend.

Avoid this place Worst car wash experience ever, £25 pound i paid for the wash but my car interior and carpet were dirty and not properly hoovered, plus had coins in the cup holder and that had disappeared when confronted the man the runs this cowboys car wash he got very aggressive and I felt threatened by him so I decided to leave.
I can’t believe tesco allows these people run a car wash in their car park.
I have actually got in touch with tesco customer services and logged an official complain.

£20 to clean your car inside only absolutely disgusting price rude staff would of put 0 if I could avoid this robbery
