I got a gold wash. Quite a lot had been missed. The interior trim was dirty, I wiped it off with a wipe on the way home. The carpets hadn't been properly vacuumed so I had to do those as well. It was disappointing.

Awful, they don't do a good job at all, there was stains still all over my car in collection, you might aswell go through the jet washers at the petrol stations, the one in the south side of the mall is brilliant, these people in the north should be ashamed of themselves. When I came on here to review and saw the other reviews I just knew it obviously wasn't a one off bad experience, definitely won't use then again, county mall should look at the agency's they let rent space off them and lease to reputable people rather than cowboys, save your money get your kid to vaccum and wash you car for you for a £5 they will do a better job seriously.

Con artists. I asked for a Silver service which was advertised on their price board, and was told it wasn’t available anymore because it wasn’t worth it for them. I then asked for a basic wash, and was quoted more than the prices advertised. I walked away and went somewhere reputable.

1st they said it will cost 20 pounds then when the car was completed they changed it to 30 pounds. Absolutely rubbish job.

Was a convenient car wash at the time, asked for a gold service priced at £23. The guy, very cold and just lacked customer service from the get go, said he had to look in the car first, opened the back door and straight away said it would be an extra £5. Now I know my car was dirty but it really wasn’t that bad however I just agreed as it needed doing. Came back after 2 hours paid the £28 and put the change in the tip jar as it’s Xmas so altogether £30 spent. I thought actually they had done a good job cleaning only to get home and realise there was money, I had the day before put in there, missing from the middle console (about £5 in change) this was at the very bottom and hidden under other items so must have gone looking as there is no reason for this to be cleaned. My boot had not been touched. Now it was dirty from the dog, some sand etc but nothing major and this was not even looked at!
So Iv spent £30 for you to steal change and not actually clean my whole car! Disgusting service and will not be going back

Took my car here for a valet this week and was "greeted" by a man who lacked any level of customer service, somewhat grunted at me in acknowledgement.... I walked to the price list and he told me to the 2/4 cheaper options were not available. So I paid for a Gold valet at £28. I asked if he would ensure the boot was vacuumed and the inside windows done and said "yes yes..." as he waved me in irritation. 😒
Was told to return two hours later and I came back and was in a rush, got home and saw fingerprints on the doors, the inside glass had literally had one wipe not even across the whole screen, and there were still rubber scuff marks thst was able to remove with my finger on the side.... Won't be returning. They did the bare minimum and charged a valet price... And behaved like I was inconveniencing them!

Don’t bother, charge more than advertised and don’t even do a good job. Couldn’t even see out my windscreen to drive because it was so streaky and watermarks everywhere. Passenger door compartment was filled with water. Scraped up my alloys too - not happy.

Avoid. Whoever vacuumed my car stole a £5 note from within it (more below).
I used this car wash today for their "gold" service which supposedly included an outside wash, full interior vacuum and paint waxing for £23 (a BMW 3 series). In my experience, this is expensive compared to other hand car washes.
The outside wash was at best average, with some dirt marks being left on my car afterwards. I cannot tell whether they did apply a wax or not.
The interior vacuum was done well. However, whoever did it stole a £5 note that I keep tucked inside my driver side sun shield for emergencies. In addition, the bits and pieces that were inside my centre compartment were left scattered over my front passenger seat, suggesting whoever cleaned in there did not put the bits and pieces back in again.
I will not be using them again and recommend you avoid them too.
