Absolutely fantastic service. The best car cleaning service I've been to. Highly recommend going there. They use better quality products to other local suppliers so the shine on your car lasts longer. The staff are all extremely honest, friendly people with a great sense of humour - hey 'Baldy'!? (Staff member) ha ha. See you all soon.

Great work to be honest for what you pay. Interior valet is normally great and good smells and cleanness most things get wiped (The lady who does the interior is great) the car gets dry quick and not many water marks left, my wheels alway look great with the stuff they use.. Great products are used and service is with a smile. These guys are always helping me out when I’m working in the area.

Cons:
Missed areas (sometimes depending on your car and how busy they are etc) such as Roof, Side skirts, under doors, low points and hard to reach areas, wheel arches, left dirt on wheels and also windows may get smeared when wiping. Your seat and mirror will probably get adjusted and changed position. Bare these is mind but it’s not very common it will happen, these are good guys and know how to wash cars.

Overall great service is provided! To be honest these are the only guys I go to get my car washed i ether do it myself or have them do it only people I trust near my car when washing. Flexible pricing as well. Will see you guys out on that car park again soon!!!

Lovely guys but the clean was awful and very expensive. Paid £35 and then had to come home and clean the inside myself. Won’t be using again.

Pure service. I left to clean very dirty work small van, ok, I understand, a lot of work, that why I chosen platinum valet. Needed to ask to vacuum back of empty van, really? You don’t vacuum the boot if you have standard car to clean either? Anyway, interior clean was far away of platinum standard. Don’t recommend at all. Sorry guys.

On first glance the car looked nice and clean but on closer inspection it really wasn't. Dust and dirt under the seats inside, sills not touched, mark's allover outside still! It's a 21 plate car that I've owned 4 months and cleaned in and out myself every week since I bought it brand new. I don't have little kids or dogs in rarely anyone in the back but I do smoke in it, so inevitably there was tobacco and ash but it really wasn't filthy. I said not to do the boot as it was full of stuff..... thought they may have spent the spare time on the car.... looks like it was a 10min job which cost me £15 ..... never ever again will I go back there, I'd honestly rather do it myself I know I'd do a better job!

Just had my engine washed (after the oil cap came off and oil covered everything under the hood) and the service I got was brilliant! The care shown towards the car and myself were beyond expectations. Huge thank you! I will definitely come back!

A very friendly and efficient service. Maybe not as cheap as some hand-wash places around the Ipswich area, but very convenient while you're shopping at Morrisons. You leave a grubby family pig-pen, do your monthly shop and return to a beautifully valeted automobile, reminding you of the original smell and condition you bought the car.

Used car cleaning service cost £12.00 but it wasn't clean still had dirt and bird mess on it just seems it had a quick wipe over inside and out
They where not busy so not sure why. Won't use again
