IMO Car Wash

Terrible experience. My car bonnet was dirty, but before going through the wash the man gave it the lightest of brushing overs. After the car wash my car was still filthy the picture in the review is after it was "washed"! I brought the car round to complain (which is when I took the picture) and the man said ‘they don’t have all day’, he says you couldn’t get the stuff off. I demonstrated wiping it off with my finger to which he said we don’t use fingers. At this point I asked if I could use their brush and get it off as I just wanted my car to be clean and wasn’t willing to pay for the terrible service again. I began brushing my car and the poo was coming off nicely. Another car appeared and I was asked if I could leave, which I did, as I was putting the brush away and walking to my car the man said I should have just cleaned it at home (which I would do if I didn’t live in a flat and park underground). Also I’m not entirely sure what the point of a car wash is if they don’t clean the car!

Use to be great place now new people work there. All the hoovers are busted and have been for months, car wash doesn't dry the car, comes out looking worse and the chemicals streak the windows. A hose pipe and washing up liquid does a better job

Used to be good. And it’s now gone down hill horrendously. Got a wash 3. They used to do a pre wash.
Go round the car with a brush. Snow foam on the wheels and a scrub. Now just take your money. Thro u go. Bye bye. If u want a good car wash head to tescos at copdock.

Car wash kept stopping and we got told to drive through some of it missing some of the process. Still had dirt, cobwebs and streaks all over it when we left and no apology offered.

Used the Ipswich one, I'm afraid very disappointed car came out along with other cars as well, still will lots of soapy suds on and cleaning products used not washed off. I went home and spent ages afterwards having to re wash it, I noticed others were driving around and the attended was hand cleaning their car after being through the car wash !!! I've used the Braintree branch loads of times and that one brings the car our sparkling.

A bit hit and miss. Sometimes the car comes out as if it had even been waxed, sometimes it has dirt patches left and has barely been blow-dried. I always get the same type of wash, so it's definitely a consistency thing. I feel like when there's a lot of people they speed the process up, hence the variation.
Still, it's an inexpensive and quick way of making the car look better.

OK for the price but it doesn't get the back of the car clean. But it cleans the front and sides well. The guys go over the car by broom first and I expect they don't do as thorough a job if you plump for the cheapest option. For £3.50 its OK, but Tesco when it is working gets the car cleaner all over. If they had done the rear if the car better I would have given them 5 stars.

Service was fine for what you expect but the poor guy is just working alone. No issues with the interactions with staff. The actual wash is not great. Doesn't dry the car well at all and the Ultra HD at £13 is just simply overpriced. I would say the £3.50 wash is your best choice here if you need a quick clean.

The app on the other hand is absolutely TERRIBLE. Brought a wash and never received it hoping the wash attendant could resolve this but I was turnt away.

In all honesty the Tesco car wash is a better option.
