Family Shopping Center Hand Car Wash

Had my car washed and all I think they did was blast at it and clean the front window. Polite people but had to reclean my car when I got home. I won't be visiting there again. The only thing I would advise, is that your ok if you have a 4x4, they seem go the extra effort with those cars

I dropped in in these guys today with no appointment and to be honest I thought they may refuse to do my car as it had the winter months of damp dog, muddy paws and dog hair everywhere. Not to mention a 10yr old who treats it as a tash can. Well they didn't.

I returned after 90mins and they were still working on it. When I looked inside I couldn't believe it was the same car. It was spotless, they had done a much better job that I could have ever done. The outside well just amazing.

Highly recommended I will be using them again and at the price they charge I will be back more often.

I had my car wash today nissan juke .I paid £20 they didn’t clean properly when I sit in my car there is no mat in my car I think they put in somebody else’s car when I ask them they said there was no mat in the car they start arguing .very disappointed don’t use this car wash they steal thing from the people’s car

Tried this car wash last week as it was raining and my normal place is outside, NEVER AGAIN!!!
I paid £20, and on completion found I had to ask for paper mats (helps keep footwell cleaner for a few more days), no airfreshner and clearly the boot
hadn't been cleaned, didn't look like it had even been opened. Generally was only an average job.
They were not busy and the member of staff was sat in the hut when I dropped it off and collected, my recommendation is go elsewhere.

Do not use this car wash!
Took my car in for a wash inside and out, upon picking up my car I realised they have damaged all 4 wheels!
I have confronted them about this and they say that’s the condition the car was when I handed it over which is not true at all! The main guy is very argumentative and rude. I will accept the damage my car already has but to cause more is unacceptable!
Tried to ask for my money back and was refused.

I have tried all the hand car washes in tamworth, once I tried this one I will never use anyone else... I have 3 kids and dogs, my car is always messy by the time it's due a clean!! They transform it, they dont cut corners, they are really thorough, they cost a tiny bit more maybe 3 pounds more for inside and out than the other car wash places but the extra money is defo worth it, plus you don't have to pay parking

I'm over the moon with the service I recieved today. My car looks and smells amazing. So pleased. I will definitely use them again
