IMO Car Wash

Friendly chap who is always happy and smiling. My child always loves the fact he squirts the window and pretends to get her. The car wash does a relatively good job and definitely saves me doing it. So win win :)

Have used and will continue to use this car wash. Friendly staff, sometimes a wait, bit busy and popular isn't a bad thing

Fast and efficient service from the staff I bought the HD Ultra wash for £12. Decent auto car wash, also has self wash and interior vacuum facilities if required.

Make sure you turn off auto hold brake features once you’re on the automated progress system and don’t steer!

Not the best car wash. After purchasing the £12 wash, my car still come out the over end with mud spots.

Used bridgwater imo car wash. Not impressed. Paid £12 for the top wash. Before going through the wash the guys made a poor attempt at jet wash and brush. Drove straight off but realised when I got home the boot of my jeep was still dirty in places - completely missed not only by the guys but the machine as well! Wheels were still dirty. Car was cleaner but a disappointing result. Have used the same top wash in the weston super mare Omi with far better result and very pleased. Def. not worth the money at Bridgwater

Staff is not very friendly. They do the job very quickly and don't pay any attention to detail. Does the j9b if you want a quick overall wash, but don't expect a wash to your standards if you enjoy a proper clean car.

A good car wash facility for a quick wash. Does not clean the car fully and you might need to rinse the car down afterwards or use a microfiber cloth to get rid any excess dirt and water so that it doesn't leave any stains when the car is dry. I use them occasionally when I don't have the time/drive to do it myself.

My experience with this particular IMO has been a bit hit or miss.
They've recently renovated the drive through car wash which is nice, looks way more up to date, but the prices have also gone through the roof. £4.50 for a base wash is a bit much in my opinion.

However, my biggest problem is the fact that the was almost ripped out some of the water proofing out of my car (A Toyota GT86) the big rotating scrubbers seem to get way to close to the side of the car pushing in the wing mirrors and as stated almost damaging the car.

The main positive is the car was indeed very clean and scratch free... But I'd rather have hairline scratches than a bill to fix my waterproofing!
