Waves Hand Car Wash Lichfield

I left my car for full wash 35 minutes. When I arrived, the guys advised me Premium service. When I back to pick up my card . I really surprise that the car was not nice clean. I ordered them to clean up again and they said no time can you wait? :(. I got angry and wasted my time. I do not recommend this service. Rubbish service. trust me rubbish service I'm not coming over this place tested one day you will see.!

Saturday 29/06/19 16:45 - Second attempt a failure.

I wrote off the first wash I had here as just a bad experience, but after I went in today to recieve the 'Gold' inside and out valet wash that cost £20, I now know to avoid this place.

There was still two or three drops of coffee left on the centre console, the side walls had not been touched as I could identify dirty finger marks, there was still little pieces of oil residue on the drivers side roof handle, not all the rubbish had been removed as there was a coffee stirrer and piece of soft plastic wrapping between the centre console and the passenger seat, the wheel arches had NOT been cleaned at all and the glass was barely wiped over.

I am fully aware of the process of complaints i.e do so before paying and I do realise it is difficult to spot these details when operating in an underground car park, but it is no excuse when I get 5 minutes round the corner and start seeing the backlash of laziness and unprofessionalism.

I might attempt a third visit one day if I hear things improving on the grape vine but for the immediate future I will definitely not recommend this car wash.

Had a clean on this car which cost me £55… however….

Boot wasn’t cleaned, dash was still dusty, the door trays were disgusting still, the cup holders the same, vacuum must not have worked that day, also the door handles still has grime around them… AVOID AVOID AVOID!! Complete waste of money!

Rubbish, Paid £65 and didn't get all marks off the car, out and inside, has to finish off myself, left waiting to collect also. Would not use again.

Spectacular!! Always do a smashing job, car is like brand new after! Paid £40, for inside and out valet, with wax too. Thank you very much. It took one hour whilst I shopped in tesco and got a coffee.

Was advised to have a £25 gold, we agreed, they said it would take 50 minutes. We come back over 2 hours later to them just finishing the car off. We were told it would cost £30 as it took that long, however when leaving the under shelter car park we noticed there was still very visible marks and did not look like it had been vacuumed . So we were charged an extra £5 basically for them not to do a good job and looks as if it had been left until last minute. Will not be using again.
