Tiger Hand Carwash

I’ve used this place for years. Took it there yesterday for a valet. Annoyingly and for the first time they had used a wax base polish on all the glass. When driving away it began to appear and visibility was poor. I took it back today and kindly asked if they could wipe over with glass cleaner to remove. I could not believe how I was treated and spoken to by the woman that runs it. She argued that there was nothing wrong no one ever returned and it was the time of year why all the glass was misting. Unbelievable way to treat a regular customer and with such an unintelligent response. The glass was fine before they touched it. In the end I left with her refusing to fix it, I drove to local car auto shop was advised to use meths spirit. Fixed it myself and now back as it should be. Never will I return to this cowboy outfit, shame on you

I just rocked up in my dream car maybeit was too nice, worked hard to get it too, it was a bit filthy and a nice sunny evening. Never had such a cold and miserable encounter with a hand car wash place. All but 1 guy looked at me like i was disgusting, haters. When drying the car i asked one of guys to wipe down the inside of the door shuts where the soap came in and he replied 'we don't usually do that but on this occasion I will' he then pretended to do it then asked me for payment. Upon inspection he completely ignored what I asked to do! I was in a good mood and he wasn't gonna spoil it that day so instead, here's my review, hope you're satisfied. Take some pride in what you do and be grateful you have a job! Maybe if my skin was another colour or I came in a s*#t car they mightve been friendly, ill never know because I won't go there again.

But all the good cleaning crew are gone.
Car not cleaned properly.
Wheels not cleaned properly.
Basically £15 for a pressure washer rinse.
No pride in their work.
Argumentative staff. Avoid. Avoid.

Very efficient service, good team work. Mycar was never cleaner than now. Highly recommend its just a bit more expensive than others but the final work is worth of it.

Needed my car cleaned late and they were the last ones open did a good job and got offered tea too

Good job but highly priced. I have a 4x4 and the price I got was £40 inside and out. My car is not bigger than a regular one so the price was nor really justified. I will find a different car wash which charge less.

Would not recommend this place to anyone. Staff very rude. Won't be going there again.
I have been using their services before and they were ok but my experience from yesterday was very poor. I went there again today with a different car and also to give them another chance to redeem themselves. So i was explaining my situation from yesterday and they didn't try to understand and became very aggressive in their speech and the told me to get out. The management needs to train their staff on how to speak with its customers and not be rude and aggressive and listen calmly to what the customer has to say. You can see other bad reviews and your rating is not great either. Hopefully you can improve yourself and then no other customer has to experience what i did.
My friend then recommended me to go to Temple road car wash. Good price, staff at Temple road car wash are super cool and friendly. Would recommend them to all.

Used this place for several years. Ripped off on price - stated my small car was 4x4 and the board was wrong. Didn't do a great job - including not wiping cills or bottom of the doors (that's interior!). Queried the price and was told by aggressive lady "never see you again".....:(
