IMO Car Wash

The car washing experience it’s self is fine, it is however unfortunately the customer service that you receive from the older gentleman that works there who I believe to be the owner. He has a bit of an attitude problem and I believe that you should receive good customer service because effectively we the custom that he receives is paying his wages. This is not my preferred car wash, my preferred car washes to Polish car wash opposite Ford garage on the Prestwick Road.

Won't be back, went in to clean the car came out with a big scratch on my driver side passenger door. It was 100% not there before I went through the wash, I know because I would have noticed when I filled my petrol right before I went. I would hate for this to happen to anyone else so please be careful.

If I could give this a negative star I would! DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH!!!! went through this "car wash" which left our car we recently bought scratched to pieces pulled the car wash up for it and according to them they have no responsibility (cause they dont) these people damage people's car and seem to just get away with it!! Anyway cheers for the £13 car wash that will now cost us a complete respray really worth the money. NOT

Great operation, great options, the guy that runs this gives you the peace of mind that the thing is kept clean and isn't abused by some of the automatic washers I've seen.

Cleaned the car fine, staff were on hand to fix a minor issue with the car wash, and we weren't delayed.

First time using it you can pay with your card , great staff gave them a wee tip .
