Misquoted on time and price.
Shocking customer service in regards to an explanation of why £150 pounds was already added to an already steep quote.
Was assured the job would be done the same day and wasnt.
Won't be going near this mob again with a bargepole.

Visited the garage recently for a puncture repair (nail in tyre). The job was undertaken immediately on my arrival and completed while I waited. Excellent service from pleasant, helpful staff.

I bought a car from Danny & his team earlier this year. Any (very minor) issues I've had with the car, they have dealt with it swiftly and professionally. Lindsey (I believe that's her name!) in the office is so friendly and helpful. Danny takes the time to explain the work they've carried out & is very approachable with any questions I have. I don't know much about cars, which makes going to a garage intimidating sometimes. At Eden, I am put at ease with their honest and thorough communication. Highly recommend!

Took my car in for a service, surprised to hear they advised brakes needed changed as passed mot 6weeks earlier without issue. Also pointed out a rattle that hadn’t been present before service and advised I book in as would require suspension stripped to sort . Took it elsewhere to check brakes was advised back set like new front set have 5000miles left on , no issue with my suspension and the new rattle - a bolt left of during the service 🙈 so disappointing have used this garage previously but definitely wouldn’t visit again. Did email the manager at the time with my concerns, maybe employing one bag egg but never heard back

Purchased a Ford Focus from Danny over at Eden Autocare last week. Danny took the time needed to answer all my questions in a patient professional manner. He even went that extra mile after the purchase to contact the local Ford Centre to provide more service history in relation to the vehicle.
As to the car itself best car I've ever owned its 10 year old and runs like a dream and looks great. The car is a lifeline seeing my kids and I need a car I can trust.
