IMO Car Wash

Dropped my wife’s car for a Valet. Couple of hours had a Tex saying car is ready. Well 10 out of 10 , Amazing finish just like a new car out of a showroom . I’d like to thank Gary who’ve was clear and prompt . I would recommend IMO Barry any time and a few months later Hm he can Valet my car.

Only used this once, seemed fine. Paid for the £10 valet clean through the car wash. Car looked clean but did miss a few things on the roof, window and sides. Won't pay for the £10 one if I go again.

are polite and friendly and do a
very good job. The place is
mostly always busy but as the
staff are efficient you never have
to wait too long in the queue.
There are different prices for
different washes and they do
mini valets. Prices are all
reasonable.

A few weeks ago I sent my car here for a full valet, and I have to admit I am disappointed with the results.
My car was dirty, and this was pointed out upon arrival (although I'm not sure who would take a clean car to be valeted?!), because of this an increased price was charged - which was agreed prior to the clean.
When collecting the vehicle, I could see straight away that the car was covered in water and hand marks (not exactly the waxed finish promised!) and the inside left A LOT to be desired. The seats and steering wheel don't seem to have been cleaned at all, merely covered with polish of some sort.
Also, when I got home and tried to reattach the dog guard, I noticed that the attachments had been removed from the rear seats!
Needless to say, I won't be revisiting!!!

Paid for the next best wash, my car wasn't dry and still had dirty patches on it, I told the guys there, they didn't seem that interested tbh, after a mini rant they did wipe off some of the marks that were left. Probably best to have a cheaper wash, you still get the same result.

Reasonable prices and I haven't noticed any marks on my car like you can get from some of the other automatic car washes at petrol stations. Only rated one star down as one of the brushes on the left had side hasn't been working for a while so I don't think your wheels get as clean as usual. But this'll probably get fixed soon.
