IMO Car Wash

Don't quite get why have a taxi app. Then say they can't wash it coz it has a taxi sign on the top. Never had issues at any other car washes

This is my favourite car wash to go to as every time I go they are so fast and good but also the price is so good. The guys who run it are charming and lovely and it’s now the only place I like getting my car cleaned. Highly recommend!

I have been visiting this car wash for at least 10 years. The staff have been very friendly and always courteous. They did an excellent clean and always made my car look like new. That was until I visited in December 2021.
I asked for the valet inside and out for £25 and the attendant asked if I wanted detergent in the wash!! I asked politely what other kind of wash was there without the detergent? I didn’t expect the attitude I got back from him. After his awful response, I said I was going to take my car somewhere else. He insisted I should leave it to be done and as it needed the wash, I left it.
I was very happy with my clean car, but I have not been back to this car wash since. Very bad customer service from one of the employees last December.

Very poor prewash. Attendant more concerned with talking to his mate. A very quick blast on windscreen with pressure washer. No wheel bug clean etc

Fair prices, friendly staff and does a good job

Drive through 'Soft wash' carwash that appears to be good value for money. You can get your car underside cleaned (ok for Winter grit removal) and various levels of cleaning and finishing. Hot wax etc. Wheel cleaning etc. You select what you want and just sit there while it pulls your car through the car wash. Then drive off. Simple. £5.50 gets you a full clean plus underside and a hot wax. Drive away with a clean and dry car.

Considerably better than the equivalent Queensferry car wash. The staff at the Broughton wash are very professional, friendly, and always pre-wash the car, which helps avoid scratches. It's definitely worth going to this one instead of the Queensferry one if it's not too far out of your way.

One of the rollers has been out of action for a few weeks now and hasn't been seen to, hence the 4* instead of 5.

The £4.50 or so for an underbody wash is considerably cheaper than the potential rust damage due to salt on the roads. I'd advise anybody with an older car which they use in the winter to take it as often as is reasonable.
