Waves Hand Car Wash Culverhouse Cross

Just been here, was told that my Peugeot would cost £45 to be cleaned inside and out...... because it was dirty!!!! No point in having the signage up with the pricing list on as its decided by the staff apparently. Reading other reviews I'm not the first person this has happened to. I don't understand how a car wash service is offered but if your car is deemed 'too dirty' they can charge whatever they like. I politely declined and drove off and I would advise others to do the same!

I have a Hyundai i10. Asked for a Gold Service, expected to pay medium size car price of £25. I was told my car was dirty. Yes, it neeed a clean...that was why I was there, but I don't have pets or kids, it just needed a good wash and vac. The guy came out from the Cabin, leaned on my car with his folded arms, looked though the window and suggested I pay £35 as my car was dirty. Very unpleasant attitude and quite intimidating. I just told him to leave it and drove off. Never again.

Fast efficient service but expensive for the amount of attention they give your car. A lady dropped her audi off for cleaning and the amount of detail given to her car compared to mine was worrying. Will be going elsewhere after this first time.
Got the car home and noticed lots of missed areas they obviously couldn't wait to get to the audi.

So went here today to get my car cleaned inside & out. Guy told me £100 for my corsa. I enquired what exactly would I get for £100 & how no where on the price list was there a £100 fee. I asked what the volume 1, 2, 3 & 4 meant, the guy didn't answer, on the website its clear that the volume refers to the size of the vehicle, mine falls into volume 2 which should of cost around £50 for inside & out. Not surprisingly I drove off & will take my car elsewhere. What a joke! Would definitely not recommend!

Overcharged as they 'included' products I didn't ask for, and then 'cash only' which went straight into the guys pocket. Over 2.5 times more expensive than other hand car washes in the area. Be careful, these guys operate in a dishonest way and will scam you at every opportunity. Listen to the other reviews that echo this.

We had the outside of the car washed and waxed and it's beautifully shiny and clean. The staff did a good job of the car body and the wheels and where lovely.

Fantastic guys working here, look after your car and go the extra mile to make sure it’s clean. Most importantly no scratches after a wash

Soran and his staff are fantastic, they do a brilliant job and have knowledge and experience in professional car valeting , very trustworthy and I often leave my vehicles with them to be cleaned and recommend friends and family to use him , keep up the good work
