All Star Car Wash

Very bad service and customer misleading behaviour. They charge £10 for a simple car was and dry clean. Everywhere it cost £5 for an outer car was with soap, hand wash and cloth drying.
When I asked the owner, he started shouting and ask me to give £10. Money is not an issue but they are over charging the customers with pathetic service.
Cardiff police should check and customer rating department should check this bad service from this shop.

Another lie from you. I am so ashamed on you being so confident and lying.
You said I have had WAX wash??? It was a simple soap foam car wash without any wax or any other coatings. Watch the CCTV videos if you have.
I also asked you what is the £5 car wash and you said it is the wash and go service with soap and hand wash without cloth drying... I was surprised with your statement and asked you again how will you not dry the water on the car after the wash and shall I leave with all the water on the car??? and you said 'Yes, we don't dry the car with cloth'.
I even showed you the dirt on the inside door panel, means I had only the outer wash.
This worldly life is for 4 days only, remember your life hereafter and the wrong doings you are answerable infront of Allah.

Have used this car wash a few times before however after event incident will stay clear. Partner had dropped off car to be washed whilst she went to next door restaurant, cleaner washed car and left the ignition although not the engine running and had left the keys inside, due to security measures of vehicle it had locked itself. After partner went to collect car cleaner advised of the issue and then walked off at which stage she contacted myself, I had to them catch an Uber which cost £10 to go with the second pair of keys and manually unlock the vehicle, at that stage the cleaner approached and had asked for money. I asked him did to me having to pay for Uber and take time out of my day would they give me an discount at which stage he refused and solely blamed the vehicle and not himself, after a bit of back and forth he and his colleagues got extremely aggressive and blocked the vehicle in at which point I had no choice to pay up. I would recommend staying away from this place as showed there true colours and how quickly they changed from previous visits.

Avoid this place if you value your vehicle. They damaged the paint work and plate and then refused to accept responsibility despite being caught in the act red handed. They then tried to lay the blame on me and my car.!!!! My car being a high end vehicle no more than 3 yrs old. Their true colours surfaced as soon as I complained about the damage to my car. One of them started to boast about the cars he owns whilst another criticising my car and questioning why I was complaining? In the end I had 3 of them surrounding me and becoming aggressive. This is the level of customer service you can expect. I will NOT be returning and advise anyone to think very carefully before taking their pride and joy to this place. You have been warned!!!

I really like visiting the All Star Car Wash. The boys there work hard ony car and I am always happy with the results.
The boss Adam is very understanding and helps alot on my car too.
I would recommend them to anybody. If you visit your car will be sparkling clean 😊

These guys done a very detailed job for the money, they looked over the car atleast 3 times to make sure it was done right. No rushing it through. I will be bringing my other cars back for sure! Top job.

£25 inside and out. The worst services I have ever used. I get it, you can’t expect much from these fairly priced car wash stops but chips were left down sides of seats (works wagon), spilt drinks still in cup holders weren’t even attempted to be cleaned, coffee spills in very obvious and easy to clean spots across the vehicle, just like they hadn’t even attempted to clean it. This wasn’t a hard vehicle to clean, no carpet floors, just spray and wipe, when these guys had clearly just sprayed and wiped a quarter of the spots. Guy sponging the outside also starts at bottom and works his way up with the driest soapy mix (basic schoolboy error) when washing the cars.
My £6 local at home is 100 times better.

Took longer than expected but there was a downpour. End result was some mats still wet but car was gleaming and good service with a smile. Great price. Definitely plan to come again.
