Gwent Hand Car Wash

Prices on board not correct or accurate. Claims Fiat 500 is a 'big car' which is more money of course then because I refused to pay double the listed price they hurriedly 'finished' did a really poor job. Avoid. They used to be OK but have got greedy and careless.

Paid £20 for inside and outside clean asked for money before i could check it. paid and drove off only to notice the car is still dirty. Took thw car back and its still the same they have done nothing on the inside AVOID!!!

If your a lady on your own do not use paid £75 for a full valet car was still disgusting and then to be threatened

Went today to have a mini valet and it was the first time to use this car wash as I was nearby and it is definitely going to be the last one! Very bad customer service.

Paid for the full valet for my car. £55 for the whole wash which is pretty decent. After the wash, the inside of my car was absolutely soaking, my car has loads of scratches of where they used bad cloths on the vehicle and now where my car was so wet, it smells like rotten eggs from where they have used dirty water and not extracted properly. It wouldnt be so bad if my car was somewhat cheap. But having a higher end vehicle with some alcantara inside aswell, you'd think it would be handled more professionally.

Overall I wish I had my money back as I now going to pay for someone else to clean the inside properly, and I know different places in Newport do a better job. Wont be going here again.

Spyty Gwent Car wash ... very bad service don't know even how to use jet wash...valeters not understand English .. don't wont to resolve problems just horrible...the damage the cars and don't care about that..
