Star Hand Car Wash

I attended the car wash this morning as a first time customer at first the guys there seemed nice and polite and friendly they took my car and washed the outside to a good standard started to clean the inside when they came into the waiting room and decided that they weren't happy with the price they quoted me for the outside and inside clean and they wanted to charge me 30 pounds for a quick clean or 40 pounds if i wanted it done properly as it was very dirty instead of the 23 pounds as advertised I told them I wasn't happy but to avoid confrontation and the fact they already started the job I agreed and paid them accordingly upon receiving my car back I noticed all the interior work had not been polished properly the dash had dust still all over it windows streaky and an all round poor job I'm gutted as I'm not a high earner and 30 pounds is a big hit for me to pay out just to have my car cleaned and to not have it done properly is just not fair in my opinion. I'm thinking because I haven't lived on the island for long and have a strong London accent they guessed I was on holiday and with no return business they wanted to make a quick buck but that's just speculation. I am gutted I didn't receive a good service as I'd read the reviews and these guys seemed great and as a regular at my previous car wash at my old location I used to live they would of made a lot of money out of me as I do a job that requires me to get very dirty!

Took my van in for a wash and it looks worse now than it did. Run by bone idle immigrants who spend most of their time smoking and playing with their privates. Half hearted wash and rinse but now has to be done again. I wouldn’t mind but it’s gone up in price it the service is now beyond terrible. Be warned🤬

Washing and polish /wax.
Shocking. Complete waste of money.
Charged more than what advertised, even though I had the same van on the photo. didn’t dry even the windows.

I had to go over it again.
Rude when questioned their pricing.

Van owners don’t bother with this lot.

Hand car wash. Unfortunately they don't accept cards. Always have cash at hand. Though there is notice outside about the price they kept haggling on the price.

The lads do a great job quickly and efficiently for a fair price. I've never had to wait long or had any reason for complaint. What more can I say.

A really excellent Hand Car Wash and Valet Service. I have been using them for a few years now and on this occasion I had the Mini-Valet for my car. Thank-you for a job well done once again, and my car, both inside and outside looks just great! In my opinion they are probably the best, most efficient, best value etc Car Wash and Valet service on Anglesey. Thank-you. :)

I have a lot of respect for these guys, out in the freezing cold, washing cars but they did an amazing job, and smiled and friendly. I will definitely use them again! Good work guys !

Con men, they tried charging me £10 for my galaxy mpv coz he said its the same size as a van when it states mpv are £7, even charged my mam £10 for her Peugeot 5008 mpv and she felt intimidated so payed it
