Llantarnam Hand Car Wash Valeting Centre Limited

One member of staff was very very rude and intimidating. Will not be returning. Used them several times and never been an issue until now. Front alloys were still dirty and I asked for them to clean them again and got spoken to like dirt.

I don't know if this place is under new management last 2 times I gave them £10 to pay for my car wash Wich is £5. And been told we have no change expecting me to give £5 tips carry on like that and you will end up with no customers .the wash was outstanding though

It depends on who's got the sponges in their hands, one day they do a fine job, another day they can miss bits. Still if you pay for a job it still needs to be done properly. Just had another wash - missed bits 😔

They used to be good but last time I went had my car washed but still looked dirty and windows was all smudged could not see out them and the prices have gone way up so I wo t be going back there I will find somewhere who will do a better job

My first choice car wash in the area. There have been long queues lately (shows how popular they are!) but I've never had to wait too long. £7 for a sparkling car 😊

Have been using these guys for years. However today they charged me £7 for just an outside clean which is normally £5. When I queried this, the operative told me it’s because I have a larger vehicle! I don’t, it’s an average size car. Also they didn’t clean the door and boot trims or apply tyre finish. Again, I queried why and they said it’s because of Covid?! Absolute nonsense, won’t be going back there as feel like they’re trying to rip me off now. Charged me extra and did a lesser job.

More expensive than my usual car wash and wiped my windows with a rag that wasnt clean so had weird marks and splodges all round my car windows. Felt dirtier than when before I went in to be honest
