IMO Car Wash

Handy vacuums around the car park, only a pound to use. Friendly attendant working hard on a bank holiday Sunday. Car wash was great, our Kona electric came out looking like new once I figured out all the safety features to turn off so it didn't try to stop itself! (Neutral with all assists off did the job)

Brought my car to the guys at IMO Cwmbran as the car needed some much loved attention after being parked up for a while. Impressed with the results. Would highly recommend!

The water smells bad, but as it's not for drinking I'm not sure it matters. 🤔 The service is good and the quality of wash is good. Cheapest wash £1.99 is good.

Bit of a shame, came here before and was fine, but pre paid for the wax plus, guy scanned the bar code but when I went through, it was saying wash plus which is 5.50 cheaper.. annoyingly in a rush so I couldn’t stop to argue, but he saw what I paid for and gave me the cheaper option. Wasted money

Always good service and reasonable prices

I paid £6 for the triple shampoo and dry.

For what I paid the car was clean.

The only thing that let it down was no doors and boot surrounds cleaning.

So when I got home and got out of the car I had to do that bit myself as it looked awful.

If I paid £1 more in the hand car wash this would have been done.

So my own fault really.

On a positive side.

The place was clean and well presented and the staff were friendly.

Plus the car was absolutely filthy so all in all happy.

A good eye for detail. The Ultra HD wash is impressive! £12, can't get any better!

I have used thus car wash for years but today the car came off the track and went into the door on the way out. Was a bit upset, but the manager would not give me his insurance details.

Not very professional I am afraid.

Will get a quote tomorrow and take it down.
