dont know what to say about this car wash, they did a brilliant job in the full valet , but took some stuff out of my car and did not put it back when they had finished , i called the two days later to ask them for the items and I was met with a load of abuse about "we always put stuff back " and its been thrown away now !!! they do a good job but have NO customer service skills at all , and dont leave anything in the car because the likelihood is you wont get it back !

Had the mini valet, left the keys whilst I had a trudge around Wrexham....Really pleased with the clean inside & out, £15 plus free parking 👍

Used them 3 times now and not disappointed they do a really good job. Staff are polite and pleasant, definitely the best car wash in Wrexham.

Been using Star Hand Wash on Rivulet Rd in Wrexham for several years. Its always been a bit hit and miss on the wash quality depending who is running the business on the day you visit and what group of lads are cleaning on the day.
If you get a good crew and boss the job is well done, however if you get the group that can't be bothered you defiantly want to look elsewhere, the auto car washes will do a much better job!
I was planing on taking 3 cars there today, took the first and they did a reasonable (not good) job, however realised when I got home they had not cleaned the door jams (as advertised for Standard wash) did myself at home.
Took the second car and while I was out of the car watched as they did not clean the door or hatch back jams again, so I said 'you have not done the doors?' the reply 'Covid' I said 'but you are not going in the car, what if I had paid for the internal windows to be cleaned or the car vacuum?' their reply was... wait for it.... 'That's Different'. So I asked to confirm 'you can't clean the door jams, standing outside of the car with no one in the car but you can go in the car to clean the windows if I was paying for that service?' the reply 'Yes that's different, Covid, not my problem!'
It was quite amusing listening back to the conversation recorded on the cars dash cam, with the response to any question or situation being 'not my problem', ' Covid', 'not my problem'.
I told them I would not bother taking the 3rd car to them, the reply was 'not my problem' guess it will be if people stop going there... It will be your problem then sun shine you will be out of work! ;-)
Although I have not experienced it myself I do know of other friends that have taken a car there for a clean inside and out and been charged more because the car was dirty. So if you are going for a 'valet' make sure you clean the car first!
It's also confusing why they charge more for 4x4 / SUV vs Cars? The roof is higher (when they do decide to clean and dry it) but the surface area to clean between an estate car and an average 4x4 is the same, its always been a mystery and I have never really asked why, guess the response would be 'not my problem' lol

They stole my driving glasses and replaced them with a cheap non prescription set. When I complained they didn't care, avoid this place and go somewhere trustworthy I only put one star because you don't have a box for no star

A friend recommended Star Hand Wash to me. When I took my car to them to clean it was absolutely filthy both inside and out. I collected it and they'd done a fabulous job ! The price was really reasonable too. Nice and sparkling clean again. I will definitely use them again !

I asked 2 person includes the owner (thu.09.sep),last time you didn't clean very good my car ,answer was with raising voice that if you don't like don't come and we can't wash your car always the same .
Well as my opinion first one is that wasn't good customer service and seconds one if you can't good wash the car same all the time can you make the payment more less .
