IMO Car Wash

Car wash was fine. I needed to vacuum my car and they charged £5!!!!
The member of staff was really helpful, turned the machine on and handed me the nozzle. The owner turned up halfway through and started giving me a load of attitude, he really kicked off that I hadn't turned off the machine, apparently there were 3 buttons and I should've known what to do. Will go elsewhere in future due to owner's attitude and price.

I took the £1.99 offer as I just wanted a quick wash to get the dust off

It was strange for the attendant to tell me “it won’t clean your car though” and offer me the more expensive wash - I said not to worry - after all it’s a car wash! It must wash to some degree

After guiding me in and pressing some buttons the wash started and I noticed the top rollers didn’t engage meaning the entire front to back, top of the car didn’t get cleaned - just the sides!!! It appears the wash ‘on offer’ only uses side rollers and indeed doesn’t make any attempt to clean your car ……….NEVER AGAIN

Service itself would be good but there is never enough staff, so most of the time temporarily closed, both in Newport, Wales in this situation (Chepstow Road and Cardiff Road).

Great service, every care taken when car is put through the wash, car came out sparkling

£25 for vacuum and wipe down.... Took him 10 mins... I'm definitely in a wrong business, safe to say I'll find another place.

Doent clean the tyres properly, not worth the £12 to get the Ultra HD clean. Won't be returning

Got a triple foam wash for £6. Registered for the app and you can prepay by the app. Then drive in dirty. Leave clean. Wash was a good standard. No scratches or damage to the car or alloy wheels. It was open till 6:15pm and there was no queue.

Since they have updated the carwash it does not provide a good finish and it's due to the drying mechanism which consists of two blowers and then basically a bunch of towels being dragged across the car which surprise surprise does not dry the body work enough and leaves water stains. There's a reason why there are full blowers on the majority of other car washes and it's simply because IT WORKS ! save your money and DIY
